I tooked my Disability learners in Hounslow McDonald's to learn how to become indefinable person in the public to order foods and the cashier lady who serve us was so patient and helpful to the learner.i just forgot her name but she was a small white in the late fifty lady with eyeglasses on the first till 😀.

Order a chicken burger and frys. Found a black hair in my chips. Chips were full of oil. Food here is rushed. It's a franchise no care at all. Long que. Worst thing the gang of Ubar drivers outside. You cannot take young kids their or daughters, its not safe environment. Poor hygiene in toilet, dugs dealersBest to go to Mcd Heathrow.Or iorn Bridge southall, safe and clean.

The store is busy all the time. One of the items from the order is always missing. Same case with the online orders. However, would really appreciate the store for its tasty vegetarian options, its always amazing. Best place to grab a burger and chips on Hounslow high street. Been here multiple times and the food is always satisfying. But service has to be worked upon.

Not a great place. The place is always heaving, and not enough room to swing a cat. You are always left waiting at least 10-15 mins for your order and theres always a problem finding seating. There seems to be alot of staff behind the counter but never enough staff on the restaurant floor.

my 8 year old sister ordered a happy meal and brought baby carrots too but when she opened it, they weren’t there inside. also,, inside her happy meal there was part of the toy missing. she is very sad 😥😥😓

The worst McDonalds ever, food always cold, drinks always all over the food. When I call, the manager never is available or they never answer. I won’t even mention about the sauces, they always forget to pack the sauce inside bag. It’s not that hard to pay attention to details and do your job properly. Just because I will report the issue to UberEat or JustEat that doesn’t make it okay for you to mess it up.

Worst experience I could imagine. I went with my kids and went out to get something for my kids as my 3 months baby was crying on my return I have been told a very rude member of staff who approached and told us literally to move from where my Mrs and kids sat. She said that this sitting area is closed and had no signs to mention that it was closed. I apologise and said that I didn't see any sign that indicates that the area is closed and she pulled a chair out in front of me and said, 'THERE YOU GO NOW YOU CAN SEE IT IS SHUT' and walked away. I am shocked with the way me and my family got treated and she was not apologetic at all. The shift manager came and apologise and she simply refused to apologise. Her name was Welria.I am stocked at McDonald's recruitment standards to hire someone who has no customer service skills at all.
