McDonald's in Hounslow

Been here twice now. Experienced a long waiting time and wrong orders at drive through. The second time we took a drive through order, they missed to give us the salsa dip we order, straws for drinks, and tissues too. It was already too late to come back.

This McDonalds has been ruined by Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo etc It's just a factory now pumping out delivery orders. This unfortunately has impacted dining in and the quality of the food. Customer service is non-existent as I get the impression that people who work there don't want to be there.

This one is one of the quietest Mac i have ever seen. The employees are very helpful and the entire restaurant is very clean. I have seen many young guests to visit this place right after their schooling which gives a great vive. There is parking available and also drive thru is also there. Washrooms are also clean and I saw some hand napkins kept on the hand dryer which was also great.

I been there twice, order 2 big meal and fries come home open it,1 burger was missing trying to call them 100 times nobody answering the phone, they always rush. Before they pass the food they should check the food something is missing or not , anybody ordered the food please check before you leave, otherwise you loose your money and food ,staff They don't care they getting salary's and excuses,

Great building, not where you'd expect to find a McDonald's. Also attentive staff, clean restaurant area, with decent parking and fast service. However please fix the tablets or remove the holders; clean and replenish (not just top up) the bbq sauce self-service pumps as when I went it had gone off; and keep those toilets clean.

Superb fast food chain. Service is quick. We went on a weekday still the staff was efficient, fast and helpful. Clean and tidy place. Kids friendly place and family friendly place too. Food is reasonable.

Great service by Charlie this morning whilst I received and ordered my breakfast. Would highly recommended management to ensure Charlie’s efforts do not go unnoticed. Great professionalism and customer service. Great way to start the day! Happy customer

Literally food quality has gone down the hill with past five orders. Tonight was probably the last time we ordered there , waiting 1 hour to receive cold food, melted ice cream soup not even ice cream it physically turned to liquid by the time it was delivered, instead of ordered drink received other drink , and this is not the first time. Difference is, other times delivery takes 15-20 minutes. So disappointed. It’s not rocket science, it’s burgers, fries and attention to what you put in the bag for delivery…

McDonalds food is as tasty as ever. There is a drive in counter at this McDonalds. The place is quiet big and many tables to sit n eat. They even have a digital display games table where children can enjoy while having their food. The service is good and quick. The staff are s very friendly and helpful. I sure did enjoy my evening at McDonalds.

One of the nicest of these restaurants, Clean, well designed, spacious, and an interesting touch (at time if visit) was the lamp shades, cleverly designed out of corrugated board. A few self ordering units with additional table service available. For airplane enthusiasts, may be especially good for looking out for favourite arrivals on a '27 right arrival day, as they reach the final 200 meters or so above.
