Nando's in Hounslow

A lovely atmosphere at this restaurant with the nicest staff we’ve ever met. Lorenzo waited on us and was very warm and helpful and then Jessica served us at the till she was lovely me and my wife had such a lovely time talking to her she was very friendly and helpful. Both are an asset to Nando’s Hounslow in fact every one there was super helpful and friendly. We had a lovely experience because of the staff. Well done Nando’s Hounslow

Super friendly, attentive staff and the manager checked on our table twice to make sure we had everything we needed. And cleared the table after as soon as we were done. I haven’t been to Nando’s in years since I moved away from the UK, but first time back I remember why it’s my guilty pleasure place.

Best Nando's experience we had. Staff was really nice and waited for us to finish off our food even when it was past closing time. We ordered family platter which is enough for 4-6 people with lots of side dishes. It was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed our meal.

The interior is quite spacious and cosy at the same time, the artwork is also very unique.The staff was also friendly and vey welcoming. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious 😋 The new BBQ and garlic chicken is definitely a must try, it was also well cooked and they were very generous with our chips too.Will definitely be visiting again soon!

It's good.. But parking is tricky.. Very difficult to get a spot! This Nando’s and the one in feltham is halal, not all the Nando’s are Halal. I’m a huge fan of full chicken, sides, starters. ❤️ the chicken here. There order is fully automated, you need to order online once you get a seat even if you are dining in. They offer bottomless drinks, desserts are very limited. Claudia served us and she was very enthusiastic and super friendly

Lovely staff ,very quick polite and helpful after a small issue with delivery driver. Very helpful with ordering for collection even on a very busy night. Delicious food as always. Amazing customer service always happy to help. Very happy

Had a wonderful and great experience. Food was on point & the staff were incredible. Especially Push, she was so friendly and welcoming. Made me & my family feel welcomed. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed her warm presence. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Spacious Nando’s, quick service, clean and chicken was cooked well! Side dishes selection are also good. Vegetarian and vegan friendly now too.

Ordered food for delivery. Deliveroo driver arrived late. The driver handed the bag. The bag was soaked through. Most of the chips, rice and chicken ended up on the floor. Driver saw that the food was on the floor said sorry and walked off. Tried ringing the restaurant, no one picks up the phone.So dis appointed with the whole experience.

There is always a delay when ording here. Even though you give them 40 minutes or as per their time on the website. when you arrive it's still not off the grill. Not sure it was ever on... until I arrived... All in approx 1hr from ordering to collection. With sides not even full..
