Very poor quality sweets, dry and you could smell the ghee. The panjeeri was gross! All you could taste was ghee and smelt awful too. Never going to this branch again the service was poor too.

Ask them for prices before buying as they are charging a lot more than normal. Its been second and last time i visited them. I paid £19 per kg for carrot halwa where as its £12 at other branches. Avoid them or ask for price list before buying or check receipt before leaving the shop

Poor quality of the sweet. I brought on the day of Diwali , they charge double then other sweet store and quality is poor then others. Samosa looks like fried in used oil, You can not eat.

Nice and clean shop, all staff are cooperative and ready to help. The prices is higher than others. One big issue is parking no parking facilities around this shop, that why we use other sweets shop. Some food are not good particularly gulab jaman, rusgulla , the quality of Rusmalali is need to improve aswell.

I have been to Nirala a few times there are many other cake shops on the high street but this one is perfect for quality and price. The last two occasion I have received excellent customer service from the younger guy. It was my fathers and niece birthday NYE and he was happy to write both names on the cake for me lastmin. As the policy only allow ones. He was also very generous in his nature.Everytime I go there he (The younger gentleman) is always very friendly, helpful and polite. The cakes always taste amazing and fresh, would 100000% recommend. Give them a try.
