Nice upscale industrial vibe and quite a bit of indoor and outdoor seating options, and good service.Fullers pub food, so as expected in taste, cost, and multiple vegetarian options.

This should be so much better. It is in a great location and the building is large. It feels like is has not started up again after lockdown. We met friends up on the 1st floor veranda outside. The bar was not staffed on the 1st floor so everyone had to buy drinks down and negotiate the spiral staircase. (A nice staff member helped me though) Food was mediocre sadly, the "kilo of wings to share" was definitely much smaller than a kilo and the cheesy nachos were just tiny broken up pieces. It was all a bit lacklustre.

Very warm welcome from very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food, attractively presented and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Called in after visiting Kew, shame we live 175miles away!

Recommend the Sunday roasts here - really tasty, nice and hot and plenty of it. Excellent quality ingredients and lovely staff.

I had lunch here on the 29th and it was amazing! Great atmosphere, great food and everyone was really helpful and attentive. Neil and Kim especially! They made sure than everything was prefect. Will definitely be coming again. 5 stars :)

Lovely setting and location. The pub also has a historic background and an association with Brentford FC.The seating outside is a bonus. Ordering alcoholic drinks were all fine; however, the barman had a problem with hot drinks. We asked for a very hot cappuccino and the answer was I can only serve it ‘warm’. We switched to tea and hot whiskey. Most unfortunately, both also came warm rather than hot. A very few sips and they became undrinkable. Such a waste and an unprofessional way of serving these types of beverages.

A fairy light can be deceptive ..We were looking for somewhere close to home to celebrate a birthday and ‘One Over the Ait ’ came up in my Google search. The website looked good and the location pretty perfect. But that’s where the positives start and end. When we turned up the restaurant was empty - ok, not a problem … no music no ambience. I was told that an ‘Aperol spritz’ is a cocktail and not available during match days (football match happening down the road, fans already left for the ground). It didn’t get any better the service was sombre and lacking - 3 staff sitting at the bar complaining about their pay packets and not showing any interest in us as a party. We did eventually order and the food that turned up was, well, really bad. Greasy. Overcooked. Dried out. We’d brought a birthday cake with us and they did at least light the candles for us. But didn’t give us plates or spoons until we asked. We also asked for coffee and were told ‘we ain’t doing coffee’.The bill. Wow. Expensive for shoddy food - and an £18 service charge, ridiculous considering that there really was no service. At all.Unless you want a quick pint served by a moody 20 something before a match - avoid at all costs.

A nicely situated pub on the river adjacent to Kew Bridge. It offers a large open plan and modern seating area together with outdoor seating on two levels. The staff were very friendly. Didn't eat there but a very good pint of pride was served.

The Sunday Roast was tasty and well-seasoned. The staff was great and they did their best to accommodate us. Interior decor, especially on the second level is very nice and warm, making it great for taking photos.

Well, Mr Google, you are going to need more stars for your Google maps reviews. This place needs lots!!! A most delightful building containing the most enchanting staff. Plenty of good beer, pulled or pushed available. Just an amazing place. My favourite "New place" in London. Fuller's, please can it be mine? An absolutely magic place to visit, please do.
