Papa John's in Hounslow

Delicious pizzas as always..good offers for pick up in store ...but I feel the sides are little over priced...but if they can come up with an offer for a pizza and a side together it would be great... highly recommended...

Lots of nice, friendly staff they serve you the pizza after at least 8 mins.The Pizza Was Fresh, you could see them make it at the front counter.I’m only giving 4 stars because I just wish there would be more space in the place.

Pizza are great!! parking is a challenge some times unless you ordered to be delivered

It's very easy to use the website to order your food and you get rewards as well if you are a Papa John's member that's what I like to see being reward for buying food from them. There is two let downs for me one is the website and app dose not show real life updates at all one minute is saying they are Preparing my food then it shows that the food is on the way to me am I the only one has this happened to? The other thing is now £1.99 Delivery Charge I'm 3 minute's away by car and it takes them about 10 minute's to deliver the food I'm confused?? Why did they start charging £1.99 for Delivery's as well? The last time I got food from them was in 2020 now down to the food it was amazing as all way's never been let down with the food it's all ways outstanding and full of flavours the pizza was not greasy at all that's what I life to see and the chicken wing's was amazing 😋 and they sell the best cookie in two better then there rivals by far

Happily take your money online while they know theres no way to deliver your goods. Then tell you it will take 7-10 days to get your money back. Sounds like a scam to me!

My regular walk-in to the store,I spoke with the staff Komal he is trying to explain but not convinced,this time i’ve ordered through uber eats and i have mentioned no bacon in my pizza BBQ chicken with stuffed crust but I received with bacon pizza how can they do with bacon when i requested for no bacon,very annoying and I binned the whole pizza, This should be the first and last time, very very disappointed

Absolutely awful in every way.I placed my order at 7.16pm and I know a Friday night would be a peak time for them so I assumed it would take between 60-75 minutes. By 9pm there was still no pizza and no answer at their shop. When I did eventually get through, they said it was out for delivery. Clearly it wasn’t because when I rang back at about 9.30pm they said it was just finishing being cooked, so they clearly lied before. They also contradicted themselves with the reasons why they were delivering late.Finally the pizza arrived at 9.52 pm even though I requested I didn’t want it anymore. And just to top things off, it arrived with warm-ish at best.So poor all round. Avoid this store.

Ordered on 8/01/21. Wrong pizza topping came. Vegan cheese instead of regular. I'm still waiting for a new pizza to be delivered. I ordered at 8pm, it is now 11.30pm. I tried to get a refund but was assured a new pizza was out for delivery but that it would be cold. I said I'd happily eat it cold, no worries. But it's still not here. I've essentially eaten very expensive potato tots. Friendly enough on the phone but terrible service, making promises that are not fulfilled. Could you refund me please? I ended up eating toast for dinner.Update 12/01 and still waiting on that pizza! I know they said it would be cold but must also be mouldy by now!

Lots of vegan options, specially the new Vegan pepproni pizza. 100% vegan. They also started doing Gluten free pizzas. Amazing

I just bought one large pizza and buffalo chicken wing.On the shop wall they’ve put buy any pizza and get one for free on collection. But it didn’t happened. I asked one of the shop keeper and he said only with good prices, i don’t know what that mean and I am really appalled by his answer, I think this is cheating. Honestly they shouldn’t put big poster on the wall said “buy any pizza and get one for free”. And also very lack of toppings on my pizza. I wouldn’t recommend this Papa John pizza shop on isleworth to anyone.
