Papa's Pizza & Chicken in Hounslow

Asked for mayo but the Asian guy refused rudely and said he ran out. Then after his colleague the black somali looking guy overheard us and brought me the mayo. Need a staff change, no customer service whatsoever. Food is also too too greasy.

Im just being totally honest. If you eat from here i feel sorry for you. Food is dogsh*t. Ands wat with the stupid grill marks on the bun loool!!! Do not be tempted by there prices. There is a reason for it

The most disgusting chicken curry was given to me yesterday. It was not even in pieces and tasted and looked horrible. Manager was refusing to have a refund or even give something else. Crazy and try to have fresh food next time that you wont give to your dog. I can still taste the filthy food and feel sick a day later.

Food is OK, Wings was good. But not the best in Hounslow. This place need to spped up the service, 3 staff in duty and nobody was taking orders. Waited around 5 min before my order was taken. Customer service need to improve definitely, hearing how they deal with other customers. Will not be visiting this this place again.

Tried the vegetarian pizza. A good amount of veggie toppings and cheese. The crust in their pizzas are not too thick and heavy, just right. I would rate this as a good independent pizza place in bustling Hounslow

Pizza was excellent. Service not so great. They called my order but not my friends and when they realised the mistake food was luke warm. Only a few tables occupied when we went but very few were clean.
