A pleasant experience. The food was professionally packaged. We even received a complimentary bag filled with desserts a plate full of baklava and an assortment of drinks. It was deliciiiious to say the least. A very large order £138 Well worth it. Ordered on Saturday 9th July 2022. Thank you so much 😃

The place has a working card machine but doesn’t want us to use it. So they can save money. The owner should feel ashamed. If they say broken ask them to explain why been like that for over a year. Can you explain to me why one of your staff has said we have become illegal as your card machine fine. Your within your right to not take card payment and I’m within my right to have your shop reported and investigated for tax evasion.

I'm really sorry, I am not one to write bad reviews but what the hell has happened to this place. This used to be best place for kebabs hands down, their kebab wrap used to be the best thing I've ever tasted. This was around maybe 10 years ago and me and my family used to order from here atleast once a month.I've ordered twice again from this place and it has been a major downgrade. Even our local chippy seems to put more flavour in their kebabs. Their salad selection is pathetic compared to 10 years ago and their kebab meat is tasteless. And their prices do not reflect the quality of product you receive. My previous(and most certainly last) order I got from their shop was a "king-sized" kebab wrap which is anything but king-sized, and the taste was disappointing. Some cold chips that resembled and tasted of cardboard and also some buffalo wings that looked like they had better days. To be honest the wings taste was not bad but they were dry and small so even the taste could not save it. These are all pictured. You may think it's my camera that makes them look lifeless but alas that is pretty much what they looked like in real life. Please, what ever you have changed with your ingredients and the way you make/do things. Change it back. You were easily the BEST place to get food 10 years ago, now all I can suggest is avoid this place.

I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations.I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty.I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area.If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.

What a place, came a cross this place by chance as I was in the area with my girlfriend and wanted to have Lebanese food, the place from inside is like a museum full of beautiful pieces of art all over the walls,We ordered falafel which was the best I have ever had outside the Middle East, hummus was excellent and the mixed grill was delicious.Very attentive service, will definitely be coming back again, highly recommended and excellent value for money.

I used to go to Pavillion Rouge all the time years ago and loved it and the service. I stopped as the prices stayed the same but the portions got smaller under new management. I thought I'd give it another go today with my boyfriend and its one of the worst takeaways I've had. I ordered chicken shish wrap which was so tasteless and the bread was so soggy it was wet, my boyfriend orders a large chicken shish box and it was not worth £10 in the slightest, maybe 6 pieces of chicken if we're being generous with some random salad chucked it, all of which was also tasteless. I'm so disappointed. I really was hoping for the quality they used to have but my boyfriend didn't even finish his food and I will not go here again.EDIT: this owner as you can see from ALL of his responses has no business etiquette. This is the second place that I have I've EVER complained about, so my reviews are always honest. And I asked for more sauce? I was given the choice of having more than 1 sauce and since I hate too much sauce I ONLY asked for garlic mayo, I did not ask for the kebab to be flooded. My boyfriend literally threw his food because he was so annoyed. I would suggest as a business owner instead of acting childishly and responding in the most ridiculous way and LYING about everything you've said, take this as constructive criticism and fix up. You can see from the reviews that I'm not alone in what I've said. Hilarious that you think people will read your responses and want to eat here!
