Disappointing tonight had a chicken korma before and been lovely tried a prawn korma and so watery must be frozen prawns turned it into thin watery soup . Phoned to complain and got told will tell the chef no replacement offered charged £9.95p disgusted with the restaurant attitude .

Great, delicious food! We have been ordering from Peppers for nearly 12 years on a regular basis. Tried other Indian take away but they are not even close to Peppers. One of the best Indian take away in West London.

Excellent Indian takeaway meal, delivered quickly. The food was hot and so fresh. I couldn't fault any part of the meal, chicken dansak and butter chicken both delicious, naan breads steaming, wonderful. Easily the best Indian takeaway I have had around Chiswick. Not cheap but worth the money and I most definitely will use again and again and again š

Absolutely delicious food. We moved house after 2 years and they still managed to deliver. Polite, excellent service. They are very popular in the area.

Ordered in from Peppers a few times and I can say it's the best Indian food I got delivered! Curries are delicious and thick. For a milder taste Zafrani Chicken is highly recommended. Naans are also very fluffy and tasty. Finally, each time the delivery person is very polite. Highly recommended.

I sadly had quite a negative experience with Peppers for my first order, so I thought Iād leave this review so that others who are going to try out the restaurant donāt have the same disappointment that I did. The image I attached is my supposed āButter Chickenā, I have had MANY Butter Chicken in my life, and never has it been anything like this. I expect a rich deep orange/red sauce, a nice thin sauce, and that distinct Butter Chicken taste everyone knows. This is far more a korma style curry, I couldnāt even call it that - the sauce is even thicker and has a purĆ©ed veg consistency - itās so far off a Butter Chicken Iām honestly quite in shock.I called the restaurant as my order was for takeaway, as I thought I had been given the wrong curry, only to be told āyeah thatās just how it is ehā. I mean I understand there isnāt much they can do, but when such a signature dish that Iām sure EVERYONE knows what itās supposed to be like, is completely not what itās supposed to be, theyād be more prepared for a response like mine from a customer, I was told also āyou obviously have not had it from here beforeā, and no I havenāt, but everyone is a first time customer once and sadly this will be my last time at Peppers even though it is my local now. What I would love to come from this is for future buyers to be aware of what theyāre buying if ordering of a Butter Chicken, and also for management to hopefully see this and see that making online customers more aware of what they will be getting by eg. having photos of this dish on sites such as Ubereats or online menus, as I (and Iām sure many others do this also) order Butter Chicken from every new curry house as I know what I will be getting and expect the same signature dish (or a close representation) from every new place, not a completely different curry. I would like this so there is more awareness for people who are ordering so they can know what to expect and avoid being dissatisfied.I must admit Iām sat hear eating the curry (which honestly isnāt that bad, just really not what I wanted) and Iām just so disappointed, this was my Sunday night treat of my favourite meal and it couldnāt be further off what I had expected. Iām now Ā£14.15 out of pocket for a meal that I so wish I hadnāt ordered.
