Fantastic food so should have been 5 star but when ordered extra take away after meal they charged for extra but packed left over food. Was looking forward to having the special rice dishes again but gave doggy bag of left overs so charged twice....very disappointing and felt cheated!! At least no wastage but made extra profit without making....cheeky!!!

Went here for my little cousins 19th birthday! Amazing food! Drinks 😍😍! Service! Interior decor 😍! Bobby was an amazing host made her night really special! Definitely coming back with the girls! Great place to take pictures too

Firstly, myself and a few friends had called separately around the same time and we were all quoted different prices (32-40). It felt that each person took it upon themselves to quote us a price according to their liking.Eventually, I booked and was told the charge would be £38.50 per person which included a set menu and live entertainment ( a DJ). Unfortunately, there was no live entertainment as promised. This was unprofessional.Food was lovely but slightly overpriced. Decoration was beautiful- it was just a shame that it lacked the crowd, entertainment and atmosphere. With there being many lovely persian restaurants around that offer more consistency and uphold their services its unlikely that we will visit again.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I booked the table a week ago. Once I arrived the table wasn’t ready and the waiter started to say that he called me many times to confirm my reservation but I didn’t pick up. He showed me his phone after and there was only one call without any voicemail. He didn’t want to give us a table but eventually he did (after we said it was unreasonable). The staff didn’t speak good English and didn’t double check the orders and made mistakes on the orders. After the waiter came up to us and said that he is not going to serve us! Highly do not recommend this place!!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional, rude and just one of the worse experiance I ever had!!!!!!!

I celebrated my birthday party at piano restaurant on the 18th February. I had great help planning this with one of the managers by the name of Bobby. The food was lush alongside with the aesthetics of the place. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Piano on Saturday for my birthday, there was 9 of us. The food was amazing and more than we could finish, the cocktails and drinks were stunning, super strong, definitely worth the price. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was up dancing and having fun or taking pictures around the restaurant as the decor is absolutely stunning. The angel wings and fish tank displays are my favourite. Thank you Piano for having us and helping me celebrate another year older.

Highly recommended!! Myself and my friends had such a wonderful evening with amazing drinks, food and atmosphere. I cannot wait to come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff that made my birthday so special. SEE YOU SOON ;)

Such a pretty restaurant. We had the best night here, very friendly and happy staff, great food and service. Brilliant atmosphere, will defiantly be going back :)

We booked for a party of ten and chose the set menu. We were told that we had to pay cash on the night because we had booked. The prices they gave us on the phone were more than what they charged on the set menu. When we paid at the end of the evening, our bill reflected the higher price and when we queried this, the bill was changed to the price on the menu. The difference in price for ten of us was about 60 pounds. The strange thing is. They do have card facilties, since I bought a bottle of wine at the bar, and paid by card. Yet when we paid for our meal at the end of the evening, they insisted on cash. I find this all very very suspicious. On the whole the starter was great the main average, and the one piece each of baklava as desert, appalling. Ambiance is great, toilets not so good. Would I go again? No,!!

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at Piano restaurant today in celebration of our wedding anniversary. Both the Meat Meze and cocktails were excellent, as was the service and ambience. The custom crystal clear aquarium was an added nice feature. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be dining there again in the not too distant future!
