Pizza Hut in Hounslow

I know people put a lot of fake reviews online. But please listen. Do not order from here. Staff very unhygienic and food made me very ill. Refused to help online. And wings very very under cooked. Do not order from here unless you like throwing away your money

Pizza is not meant to be soft like slice bread idiots! And wings like jelly. And improve customer service. Staff making funnof me in language but didnt know i understood! Worst pizza hut ive been to. Update: DO NOT EAT HERE! I GOT SICK THE NEXT MORNING!!!!

Not even a single star they have right to gain ..customer service too worst if you don’t have people to work with you ask me ill come and work for you with good customer care ..i have called you twice today for ordering a pizza even though your busy you should give a proper response they just shut the phone like slapping on my face ..

I give them 0 stars. Last night we ordered pizza from here and we got it home and started eating it my dad, sister, mum and brother got really bad indigestion after eating that and after me eating a few slices I've become sick with food poisoning I definitely wouldn't recommend it to others out there

Terrible service with a bullying staff ready to try to intimidate you after failing to own mistakes and being apologetic about it. Staff clearly need more training and they need to be watchful of what kind of people they hire for the front to deal with customers. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.would have rated no stars if I could.

very poor customer service dont even bother to take your order properly give you wrong order most of the time i Pay extra to pizza hut for the cutomer service and quality which is now non existant now have stopped useing this outlet ,would give less than 1 star if possible

If I could give minus stars I would!The order took over an hour to come. I even called after 40 minutes and they said to give them 15 minutes but still nothing. Then I called after 10 minutes from that initial 15 minutes and they said 5 minutes but still nothing. The food was finally delivered after an hour and 20 minutes. In this time I could not track anything for some odd reason.As for Pizza Hut customer service helpline, they too are full of it!

Stopped off after a day of visiting attractions. What you would expect from a pizza hut menu wise. Staff were busy but friendly and knowledge regarding allergies. Had my order ready on time.

Ordered pizza from them today and took 1h45min to receive everything cold. Called the shop and they offered to re-deliver my order after 1 hour! Got the order and the pizza had the wrong crust than what I ordered, it was the plain one and was so hard to chew, the toppings were not there and the customer service was rubbish. No apologies for anything from anyone. Last time I order pizza hut. Way too expensive to eat rubbery pizza and they don't train their people properly.

No plastic tops on the pizza to stop the box getting squashed during delivery (see image)!! When you attempt to call this branch, they answer and put the receiver to one side and ignore you but you get to hear the employees shouting in every language. Complaining to Pizza Hut Customer Care is a waste of time, energy......they are NOT interested!!! Rather buy my pizzas from the smaller business owners who need my custom (especially during these times!!) and would appreciate it, rather than give my money to these Pizza "Mafia"!!I gave it a 2 star as the other smaller pizzas were fine and the delivery was quicker than expected!
