Sams Chicken in Hounslow

I ordered a blaze burger and found pubic hair or beard hair in my burger.. When i called the shop to complain, the lady was rude, defensive and wasn't taking any responsibility and didn't even apologise . This is a food and hygiene issue. Really disgusting! And disappointed with sams Chicken

When I ordered spicy fries they don't do the freies spicy .. we do pay for the spicy fries ...

I ordered the devils box meal from Deliveroo food came hot and on time. The burger was well stacked and very tasty, wings were crunchy and chips fluffy and hot. The price is a bit steep for fast food, which is why I didn’t give it a perfect score.

Disgusting food and old oil fries and wings and the quality of the burgers was very bad and burned wings with too much old oil tastes biter I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Bad service.

I've never had any problems with Sam's and I wanted to leave a review because they went above and beyond today. They followed my order notes, my chips were hot when they arrive and they are one of the few takeaway shops that remember that the size of a fillet burger is supposed to be bigger than a steak burger! Thanks!

I stopped at this HOUNSLOW WEST restaurant after seeing the image of the GRILLED THIGH DOUBLE BURGER in the window.Mihiri welcomed me with a beautiful smile and very kind manners. I felt really comfortable.I asked her if it was possible to eat in the restaurant, and she said yes.After a few minutes my double burger was ready.It was truly magnificent!!!The flavor was truly intense and exquisite. The chicken in the burger was juicy and meaty.After devouring my double burger (which would have satiated anyone!!!) I wanted to get another burger. Identical. I congratulated Juliya, who takes care of the preparation of the burgers in the kitchen.Then I also chatted pleasantly with the manager.In my short break at SAM'S in Hounslow West, I found some truly wonderful people.I did really well to decide to stop here for my lunch.I'm fully satisfied and can say that after being treated well, my day has improved a lot.So I thank the two girls, Mihiri and Juliya, the manager and his wife for the wonderful working environment they have created.In conclusion...I recommend this place both for the excellent burgers and the excellent chicken they prepare, but also and above all for the human aspect of the people who work.Because I think THIS is the best thing about HOSPITALITY: finding PEOPLE who care about other PEOPLE.I ate very well and had a great time as well.Thanks again.Tom

The food order was completely wrong when I called them asking about the food they said to call Uber eats .I ordered a chicken burger and they gave me just the bun with no chicken! The customer service was zero the lady messed up my food order, and then she is telling me to call the Uber eats .

Awful. They do not care about the food they cook or give to customers. With so many 1* reviews you would think they might improve. But they don't improve nor do they even want to. I have had Sam's about 10 times in the last 3 years here. The food is always soggy, cold, oily and tastes like its been sitting there for hours and hours. Even worse if you order for delivery (where you will be waiting 45 mins - 1 hour even if you live close). Every time I order I hope that things have changed, because a very long time ago I used to love Sam's chicken.. But it never happensSave yourself the time and money and order from somewhere else - you will regret ordering from Sam's.

The first thing I noticed when I came into the restaurant was the limited seating - 6 chairs facing the high street.I decided to order the Blaze Burger box meal, it looked so delicious on the photo and I wanted something spicy. It looked like the perfect choice.I sat down and I realised the table was dirty, had crumbs all over. I had to wipe it with tissue. I don’t believe they clean the surface very often.The food arrived quickly. I started to tuck into the “blaze” burger, but by the 2nd bite I realised it wasn’t even spicy. Slightly cold even!! The chicken fillet was incredibly flat, some parts of the fillet had barely any meat at all (see photos).Now onto the wings, those were the highlight of the meal. A delicious flavour on the batter, although a little oily, but not too bad.Chips were fine, large portion. The coleslaw was average, it was quite watery.At £6.00 (not including a drink) I feel the price is very expensive for the low quality of food. I can’t help but feel disappointed.Overall I can only give this place 2/5
