Absolutely disappointed in the food and the service. Did an online order and went 40mins later to collect the food to find out the door was locked… after knocking for 5mins a lady opens up and asks why I’m here.. I said it was to collect the food ordered on the app and she had no idea what I was talking about. While she was trying to get hold of someone on the phone for about 15mins I was asking for a refund as I was on my lunch break and would not be back on time she refused and waited till someone came to cook the food. We didn’t get any chips with our order, the burgers were wrong and we still had to wait an extra 25mins for them. Wont be coming back.Waste of my time and money

Good thing about this place is that they are open late. Place is really about their burgers, would recommend but the skewers I would not. Can’t go wrong for a late late night eat in and they have nice clean toilets at the back. Service is okay but then again I went very late night and they had many delivery orders to fulfil alongside our eat in. If I’m in the area will defo try again

I given 5 star for no Oil, Diet, good fat Sauces more over taste of the food ,THE Real Spicy, People who want to taste the more spicy must the place

Very disappointed in the service today from the Hounslow branch, there was a lady wearing glasses serving who was very rude in the way she spoke, no customer service skills at all, I ordered 8 wings lemon and thyme got home and had 6 wings and some small pieces of chicken that I assume they put in there to try and make up for 8, added to that the smaller ones were chilli which I am intolerant to which is why I ordered the lemon ones, Giving three stars as the food is tasty and this is the first time I have experienced this kind of service from them otherwise would have given 1 star because below that is not an option!! other times has been good service if this was the first time I had been there then I would not be returning, first impressions count and I would have assumed this was the service always!! Not a happy customer at all, especially because there was something added that I am intolerant to! Very risky behaviour from them!

I’ve been staying in London for a few weeks due to work and while in London I’ve been trying a fair few restaurants in the area and smoky boys has to be up there with the freshest food and the flavours alone out match 99% of other places about, I’m just absolutely stunned about the flavours and the quality of the food

Worse restaurant I have ever been nachos was server from the order cancelled from take away, steak was ok. But peppercorn sauce made will nobody will eat please don't waste ur money going honslow brach . No worth for money spoil my day

Given our previous visit to their larger branch in Watford, which scored a below average 2/5 ROARS, we simply weren't prepared for the unprecedented improvement Smoky Boys have made, despite knowing that they'd recently introduced Angus beef at the same time as having tweaked the menu somewhat. As such, we were caught entirely off guard. This was more than just a tweak. It was obvious that they'd put some serious thought into said upgrade.At this point, we'd go so far as to say, based on the burgers we've had at this branch, that Smoky Boys' are probably the best all round burgers in west London.While the size limitations of this small branch don't allow them the luxury of having a dessert menu, they definitely deserve 4/5 ROARS.There are improvements to be made though. This place is my new favorite burger joint. Their chicken and lamb burgers are second to none and I literally haven't managed to get a beef burger when visiting here yet because their other (less standard) mixes always catch my eye. My favorite is the smoky chick (and I usually hate chicken burgers) followed quickly by the Moroccan lamb which is perfectly spiced and always juicy! Visiting on Monday or Tuesday is best because they have 2 for £10 and 50% off offers on then on the burgers. I'll definitely be trying the milkshakes too when summer comes around!

Ordered quite a few burgers from here, but for me the Spicy Chick is a standout burger! Peri peri chicken grilled to perfection in a brioche, I don’t normally rate chicken burgers highly but this was outstanding. I also liked their cheese burger with American cheese but you have to have it cooked medium otherwise its not much joy in terms of flavour or juiciness! Basically let these guys do what they are doing and you wont be disappointed! Keep it up guys 👍
