Amazing pub inside and out. Delicious food!!

We have been coming here now for a couple of years and I honestly have to say it’s all round the best bar & restaurant I’ve ever been to.The food is always top notch, never been disappointed once.The staff are always so accommodating and friendly, nothing is ever a problem.Would give 10 stars if I could

Delicious pub. The calamari and Parmesan fries are fantastic. Beavertown pints are good too . Friendly staff and excellent service

Lovely local pub, tucked away behind the main streets and it feels a world away - especially in the gorgeous garden (just as nice in winter as in summer thanks to some well placed heating/blankets/hot water bottles).Just as nice if you're going down for a quick drink, a full meal, or to watch The Brentford game. As more and more pubs become more "uniform" and parts of chains, its refreshing to have this individual little gem, full of character.

I wanted to visit this pub as it’s relatively close and had we had read the good reviews online.We were looking forward to a nice meal and making full use of the babysitter.Sadly it wasn’t to be, After enjoying a starter each it became obvious the bar and waiting staff were totally unaware of their surroundings and the fact customers may be wanting to enjoy a meal without a performance from them, from the moment we sat down a young lady (staff) was doing constant warm up vocals (singing/ la, la, la, squawking) at the top of her voice, followed by laughter all you could hear was her voice to which she then decided to add a few pirouettes around the bar at any given opportunity. By this time we had ordered our main course which again was nice, the young man (staff) at the bar decided to join in and started singing too like a duo of warm up, dancing banging about, this went on for nearly 40 minutes we wasn’t the only people in the bar, restaurant dining and drinking, we decided that we couldn’t stand anymore, enjoy your work/job by all means but they was a complete nuisance it was meant to be a grown ups night out the kids at home make less racket & strive for less attention!Sadly Dessert & the rest of our evening was taken elsewhere which was a real shame.as the actual food and venue is lovely ..

We had an excellent day celebrating a birthday. Staff are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and efficient. There was quite a table of us. All food arrived together and was hot. Staff could advise and explain various dishes. A really cosy place to sit. We never felt rushed but were checked on regularly to see if we needed anything. We had a selection of starters which were fresh and delicious. Mains were again fresh and plentiful. We could not resist the tempting desserts and could not fault single one thing. Highly recommeded.

Visited on the way to football ( away fan). Great staff, great customers, excellent food friendly atmosphere. What more could you ask for . Thankyou

What an incredible pub! I took a friend for dinner here and the food was great! The attention to detail that has gone into the design of the shipyard amazing 😍 I can’t wait to bring more friends and family here and I highly recommend if you haven’t been before!

Excellent! Me and my friend went for a Sunday Roast and it was just delicious. The staff were also very nice… so we are definitely going back! 🙌🏽

I had a taster of a porter on offer, as it had fruit in it & I have never heard or tasted such a drink?? It was very enjoyable if you are a "dark drinker"!! The fruits were not over powering. The pub is used by Brentford & away fans do expect it to be packed after(& probably b4) a home game. Lots of people were enjoying having meals, but I did not check out the menu!!
