Very popular for Sunday roast. May need to book a table. Parking is very tricky, sounded by residents only parkings.

Brilliant location, though parking can be restricted. Good food and drink (good Guinness), clean riverside venue with fantastic staff. The people can make or break a venue and the staff here are friendly and professional. Recommended.

Recently moved to the area and this is now our local. We've visited around 6-7 times and every single time has been a delight, and we've wondered why we were even considering ordering a pizza instead of coming here! Fantastic service from a bunch of lovely people (guy with long hair tied back, lady with cool bridge piercing, young lady with dark hair, everyone is great). It's gets busy but they do their absolute best and management seems to notice and support thier staff which is lovely to see.The food is brilliant, some of the best pub food I've had; steak, sweet potato fries, burger, salmon, risotto, roast dinner. Highly recommended - leave a fat tip for staff!

Not happy with the food at all! Ordered fish and chips and the fish batter was brown and sweet; chips were brown also, soft and full of oil. It was a warm mess cause it wasn't even heated properly. The place looks nice but only for drinks.

Great pub and nicely decorated interior - clean and welcoming with the ceiling fairy lights giving a really lovely feel to the place. Super grateful to have this within walking distance. Outdoor seating area by the water is also lovely. We’ll definitely be visiting more often and keen to try the food too.Clean and well staffed bar. As a cider drinker, I’m being a bit picky and taking away 1 star for the poor cider choices on offer - they only had Cornish Orchards on tap which I don’t rate at all - an Aspall, Orchard Thieves or Orchard Pig Revellers would be much preferred. Bottled cider was mostly of the mixed fruit variety, when again an Aspall or similar would be much better.I was pleased they had Despardos by the bottle, nice drink to have in the sunshine!

Really nice friendly pub. Food excellent and so was the service. Used by rugby supporters as so close to Twickenham Stadium in walking distance. Best book a table.

Nice pub with good food, sefvice was good and kept everything clean and tidy.Only one cider "Cornish orchard" on tap there are many others, it would be good to have a alternative.

Food and drinks selections are good. Vegetarian or vegan options are available too and service is super-quick, friendly. Location is fantastic and ambience is great.

Had driven paat for 30 years and finally agreed to meet a friend there. I ordered a pint of Pride and it was a bit flat. Then he did and it was flat too. Then he ordered one for a friend and she said barrel being changed so we said of course and asked for new pints. Sk the changed the barrel and the young barmaid slammed down one pint, obviously having no training and having no idea about thisstuff. It was still flat as was first pint off. Then she went into a strop and spoke to an older guy and they both just ignored us. Then she finally gave in and slammed another 2 down, not 3 and it was ok but i just decided to leave. I feel sorry for the barmaid as she had no training in this product and the manager didnt get involved and left her to it.Lovely pub inside and a really nice young crowd but a disgraceful way to treat 2 blokes in their 50s just trying to enjoy some music - and get what they paid for, politely. Incredible that this has a Fullers sign over the door. Will avoid for another 30 years.

We visited on a very busy Sunday without booking, the staff did everything possible to get us a table and made us feel welcome. The pub is beautiful and very clean they have a great range of beers which are well kept. The food is your typical chain pub style menu, however, it is very well presented on the plate and the lovely staff and fantastic service make up for the lack of home cooked feel for a pub of its age. Clearly the garden has been thought through very well, it has quaint little huts that are beautifully kept and add a lovely and unique touch. Even though it is separated from the river it marries in with the design like it's a feature of the garden it's a fantastic use of a small space. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.
