The hospitality staff make you feel at home. When you are coming in to the U.K. from abroad for the first time, this is the go to place. Close to Heathrow and good transport links to central London.

booked two rooms for my family. I called in advance to inform them I am coming with my family. when we got to the property, we were directed to rooms outside the main building, were we face the disaster truth. The rooms were not the ones from their photos page. First thing catch your eyes the garbage bags everywhere and the cigarettes everywhere. old broken furniture were thrown there. when we opened the rooms, we almost throw up because of the smell ( strong bad smell mixed with cigarette smell ). we couldn’t take another step inside. we went back to the reception and they told me this the only room. it was late at night and their response that I was lucky to have a room. a asked for full refund and they disagreed. I left the property, and booked at a different hotel.

Ideal location for Twickenham and Heathrow. Hounslow has numerous places to shop and eat covering the taste buds of every corner of the world. The street food in the town is awesome. The guest house was just fabulous and the pictures don't do it justice, the breakfast area overlooking the gardens was lovely. Rooms are far better than any Ibis budget hotel, the hosts are extremely helpful and polite, clean, spacious, no problems with parking and can't find any negatives.

Nice B&B, great price, I believe they say they're a Motel, comfy rooms, decent continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location near Twickenham and Heathrow.Attentive & pleasant manager.Would stay again 👍👍

It was clean, comfortable, the staff were very friendly. Call them directly rather than book online as it may be cheaper than booking online or their website. Plus they may be able to accommodate checking in early as they did me. I also came in February though. I also liked Supporting a small business rather than a hotel chain.

Very welcoming staff nice clean ideally situated in hounslow near station bus an train well lit up street's central heating on all time up to you to turn it off. Ideal for foreign visitors enjoy

Love the location, everything is so convenient. I love the staff, all so friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, and the atmosphere feels like home, even the guests are so friendly, above all loved the hot shower bath. The place is very clean. Would love❤❤❤ to come here again.

Staff where friendly and helpful! Knew we were going to be in a rush to get to the theater. Was there to met us at the door with our room keys, a tube map with the stops we needed circled and a bottle of water each. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely and chilled helped yourself to tea coffee & food. Location was great for the Tube. Parking included massive plus!! Will defiantly be seeing us again. Felt very safe for 4 Woman to stay.

It is a great place to stay, the staff are really friendly can't do enough for you. The room was really nice had everything you need. Loved the shower!. We will definitely go back again
