Thyme in Hounslow

Sadly our order got "lost" and no burgers left by time we had asked where our drinks were after 40 min wait". No naan left for my second choice, so had some chips with it.... all 8 of them!!Mixed grill quite small too. Felt sorry for staff, but not a brilliant exoerience sadly.

Food was well cooked. However there was a long delay between courses.On arrival, I had one full set of cutlery, which I used on the starter and I had to ask for another set for the main course. Not a great hardship, but it reflected the lack of attention by the staff.Overall, I felt that I was being tolerated rather than being welcome.A shame, because last time I ate here I was impressed by the attention I received.

Awful food save some money and eat out or order in. Longer than an hour wait for mains and was just about edible when they arrive.

We were served by Zane on Saturday night. She was absolutely excellent! It was our mums birthday and she organised a dessert with all the staff singing for her. It really made her birthday! Thank you so much, we loved it x

We were accommodated with no fuss and shown to a table very quickly. Staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly.Drinks served quickly followed by delicious food which was enjoyed by all of us. Haven't had a prawn cocktail in years but it was simply worth the wait !!! Breakfast the next morning was again another enjoyable experience. Good variety of cereals, fruit and pastries. Cooked food was well done, hot and very tasty.Could not fault this restaurant, an enjoyable experience, excellent food, amazing staff, what more could you want

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Food great quality and wide choices. Perfect start to the day! This fabulous smiley pancake was given to our children and really made them feel special. It was a truly personal touch. Thank you.

Food was spot on , it came out quick and all needs we're catered for. But best of all was the service , a waiter (I think his name was Nico) was very knowledgeable when it came to the food and was more than happy to help with the fussy eaters (kids) amongst our group.10/10 would eat here again.

Great food menu, good service and reasonably priced. Only downside is the opening times are restricted, the bar menu doesn’t offer much choice when the restaurant hours are closed. Quiet as well as nice ambience, for couples, families, professionals etc....

Better than I expected from a hotel within a development near a major airport where quality and service normally suffer, but not so here. Cosy ambience, good service and surprising good value food and drink. Would use again when using Heathrow fligjts

Part of the Premier Inn on Bath Road, spacious and not too busy on the Saturday Night, though the hotel check in staff advised me to book a table. I had the Soup of the Day, a Sirloin Steak and a bottle of Brewdog Punk IPA, my bill cane to approx £25. The soup was Coriander & Tomato and was excellent, my main course was amedium Sirloin served with thin cut fries. Ive had better steaks and steaks a lot worse, this was ok. The fries were a bit on the bland side. Service was initially a little slow but fine later. If youre staying at the hotel and can't be bothered going out the restaurant is worth a visit.
