Tiger Lily in Hounslow

This is one of my favourite Thai places to come to when visiting London. Food and service are both great however I give it a 4 as it's always slightly cold when sitting inside.Meat is all halal and is cooked well. This place is a Thai restaurant based in Osterley. We had lunch food was fresh and good. A good variety of snacks as well as the main meal. There was free parking in the side streets after 12.30 pm otherwise there was pay and park. Good service and good food.

Nice food. Wasn't busy when we went in but started getting busy. Great service by staff. They don't do cocktails or mocktails. Soft drinks and juices and alcohol.

The food and service at Tiger Lily in Osterley was outstanding. Amazing halal food options and super fast service. Thank you Moyes and team for a wonderful night.

Called up to book table on 14th Feb said me my wife and daughter was given the table for 7pm perfect then 20 mins later get a call from this person saying manager said can't come as couples only etc... Come for 8.30 onwards if no child then fine but cause was 3 of us get told this I said this is wrong and I been coming for many years I have sent all friends and family there to experience and will write a review on my experience and all he does is laughs and says no point of this I said don't laugh you have really spoilt my mood .Hour later manager calls saying you wanted table for 7 pm I said yes explained all he says sorry he from office left a message apologizing which I accepted and said you still like to come. I said ok I went there and wish I did not they give a table right near the door when there is other spaces available I look around and there was 3 couples with their kids same age with their parents and I get told no come later I let that by we order food and 2 cokes and what happens we get a small glass of coke at £2.75 each 150ml each and I see other tables those having coke have a full can of 330ml £2.75 which I pay at all restaurants so I was charged 2 times for 1 can worth of drink . So this will be the last time I come here and tbh this review won't bother you but to let others know of my experience .

I eat here quite often it is by far the best Thai restaurant in west London. Not only is the food amazing the overall feel of the venue is great. It’s so chilled out and relaxed. The massuman curry is superb. Nice little bar as you enter the place as well, so you can get a drink while you are waiting for your table.If your in Hounslow and like Thai food, eat here.

Tasty food but half size portions and literally 5 crumbs of meat per dish but charging west-end prices! Noodles are quarter size portions and rice portion is barely enough for a 3 year old! We visited this place some years back and it was not this stingy! Utterly disappointed to say the least! Avoid unless you just want a snack for the price of a main course!

Awesome Thai food. The best so far. The girl server know the menu like the back of her hand and the dishes she recommended were the best. Beautiful ambience and soft music to compliment the location. Worth every penny spend.

Fabulous Food, Excellent Service and Great Ambience. Came here twice already and we will be coming back again. I celebrated my birthday here and ordered their seafood menu. The Lobster was really good, super tasty and big. My husband loves the sea bass, so soft.. I loved the spicy tomyum also and the seafood platter.. Yummy😋😋 The waitresses and the owner were so friendly, they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and played a song 😍 ☺️ Overall, we are a HAPPY customer.. will definitely recommend this to my friends and family..

So the food here is good. I almost always get the Thai green curry and satay chicken. Very tasty. And as there are very few Thai places in hounslow the price is a bit much for what you get. Now something to consider when ordering any vegetable Thai green curry. As my wife is allergic to shellfish, a lot of the curry paste has shrimp sauce in it. So be careful when your ordering as even though it says vegetarian the paste most Thai places use have some sort of shrimp paste within the curry paste. However this place doesn’t have it in their Thai green curry as we were told by the waitress. It’s also handy that everything is halal.The staff are very friendly and are always quick to assist when you need something.
