Tops Pizza in Hounslow

Had food poisoning from here a few time but this last time was the worst I've ever had in my life. As I'm writing this, I'm currently on 500mg of Ibuprofen and 500g Paracetamol every 4 Hours to stop the fever and stomach cramps the pizza gave me (yes food poison can cause fever)I remember very clearly when I went to collect the pizza, seeing a guy with in dirty t-shirt, putting the toppings on the pizzas with no hair net, NO apron, and no gloves, traditionally pizzas are made without gloves, so I can accept that. It didn't bother majorly the guy making the pizzas seemingly unhygienic, but there was something in the back of my head telling me I'd get food poisoning, this dude most likely goes to the toilet in that t-shirt and don't wash his hands.They have 3* Hygiene rating from Food Standards Agency check the pic I uploaded, so...judge for yourself, I'm never going there again********SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS PLACE******

I ordered for collection the first slice I had and found a hair in under the cheese. Called Instore told them, the lady put me on hold for 10 mins after I called back and she was like bring the pizza back and we can give you new pizza. I explain after having hair I off from pizza so please refund the money. She said she can only do if I bring the pizza back as the manager is not in and they can’t do much. But she was explaining other staff in Hindi not knowing I can understand. The words she used were not Acceptable.0 star for them

Ordered pizza for collection asked to add pineapple, but they added tomato. Called back and tried to explain about the situation and the guy over the phone was rude and tried to say that I said tomato.... I hate tomato in pizza. 0 stars for customer service and pizza went to the bin just wasted money. Never ever come back here again!!!

I've ordered pizzas for the kids party, after 49 mins of waiting that girl who was taking the order told me that it's raining, they're very busy and delivery is getting late.After 1h 15 mins I rang again and I've been informed that the pizza is getting ready!!!! and the driver haven't left the shop yet. Now is 1h37mins after the order placed and I'm calling again. She's telling me that the driver has JUST left the shop!!!!!! When asked how you can compensate the issues she said she can't do anything??!!?! Never received any call that there's running late. The driver arrived after nearly 2h and one of the pizzas was made wrong... I've ordered from their other stores and Hounslow doesn't meet the Tops Pizza standards at all and that girl on the phone doesn't understand her roll at all as a store manager. Bad attitude and horrible customer service!!! Never order from that store!!

Disgusting pizza. It’s filthy and gross. I was completely put off and throw up. Avoid it. Don’t buy from them. If there was a zero start I would’ve given them a zero but they are worse than zero.

This review is actually 0*. Waited two and a half hours for my order to come and no one picks up the phone after calling MULTIPLE times… Also we were given the completely wrong order, wrong drink (7up instead of coke), wrong sides and wrong pizza (two of the same flavours which also tasted bad). The pizza boxes also came broken and the food was cold. And the fact I paid for this is even more disappointing. So disappointed in the food and disappointed in the service. Waste of money.

Owner is very nice. Pizza is always freshly prepared and extremely tasty. In my opinion, it's the best pizza shop in Hounslow. Prices are very good and with variety of pizza toppings, crust types, side dishes and desserts which are all excellent. Delivery has always been prompt and the pizza always arrived fresh. Never had an issue with them and I visit quite frequently (around once every week). Would definitely recommend.
