Twentynine in Hounslow

Horrible experience. Was invited to my friends 40th birthday. Starting from how they confused the timing with another party which forced the party to be delayed for two hours. The tables were not ready for the amount people was coming. The guests had to wait for the staff to bring more tables for them to sit. For the service I’d give no stars at all if I could. There were poor young girls trying to bring everything not really much guidance or help from the manager. The food tasted okay but we got food poisoning. Not sure about the other guests, but my husband and I spent two days being sick. Would not recommend.

Never recommending this place to anyone. Dint really like the food. My family and myself had a bad stomach ache once we were back home. The food was not that great. Staff(waiter) needs to be trained well with the menu. Seating space was good but never going again.

Delicious food to go with amazing service and atmosphere.

Booked a week before diwali only because i knew bookings get taken up very quickly everywhere. However they let me know just a day before that they’ve cancelled my booking in order to take someone else’s booking. Unprofessional and ruined diwali for us. This is not how a business should be conducting themselves. Obviously money centred and not customer cantered.

By far THE best Indian cuisine I have ever experienced, service was great, a personal greeting and recommendation from the owner. Outstanding food.

Delicious food. Beautiful presentation. Best lamb chop I have ever, melting in mouth!!! It was a big surprise out of no where!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Service was the worst I've ever seen. I had to tell 3 different people that I wanted to order. Even before I was ready to order the server was not prepared, he didn't even know if the steak was available. I just ordered a drink, paid for it and left. It took them over 20min to even acknowledge I was even here and a paying customer. I do not recommend anyone come here.

Worst experience ever first meal came out quickly but was very dry, 2nd 3rd and 4th came out half an hour after that, then waited another 45 mins but the 5th never came out

I’ve visited quite a few times and just want to say how pleased I am with the dining service along with the staff. The atmosphere is exquisite and there several variety of foods. It’s recommendable for your friends and family!
