Why do people feel the need to drink beer at 0630. And why do wetherspoons sell beer at this time?

Last orders were at 7pm, for an international airport is ridiculous. Also drinks were unfortunately very foamy, roughly an inch ontop each pint.

App to order and pay is exceptional. Wish I could say the same for the food. Had the Egg Benedict but was a disappointment.
