Wetherspoons: The Moon on the Square in Hounslow

Food service was puy off for 40 mins but once we could order it was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a leak in the ceiling and buckes/jugs were put down and they carried on as normal

Having used this pub since it first opened today we decided to go for breakfast. We order and after a long wait it turned up only for the staff trying to carry too many dishes spilt one of our order and said he would have to get another one made. We waited for over 15 minutes with no update We walked out without having it. Looked and only one staff behind bar. Couldn't be bothered to wait any longer. Usually good service , but not today!!!

Food was luke warm at best. Don't know what they done to the mushrooms. Should have guessed when there was no one else eating when we arrived , unusual for a wetherspoons. Salt was a saxa table salt refiller and passed around. Wasn't asked at all how our meals were , not impressed at all. Staff not really interested as shift nearly over.

Amazing place: staff is nice, helping and professional, the place is beautiful, spacious and has power sockets. The food and beverage looks good as well

All the years I lived in this town it's the one pub I've never been in but have now. The draught Guinness is nice and at a reasonable prices, most of the drinks are but have yet to try the food in there though. 🤔🥩🍺👍

Usual JD Wetherspoon venue with good value food and drink. Decent choice of real ales (and craft options) as part of their ongoing beer festival. Service though wasn't ideal, quite long queues, staff serving customers out of turn and quite rudely at times (although the staff member who served me was polite and helpful). Venue not particularly clean, but perhaps they were having a bad day. Likely much better during the daytime.

I like this pub.. breakfast is nice! Pints nice.. foster is my favourite..Good customer service.. never had an issue with them.. once my breakfast s bacon and hogs were bit undercooked . Did not like that..actually it was large mix grill..but over a nice place to spend few hours.. not to many women around there ;)

Lovely pub set away from the hustle, grab a booth and enjoy. Service straight to the table through the app is really good.

One of my go to places ! Not only it is close to my place but the food is awesome and good service by staff too. Nice place to get the fam as they have good deal for breakfast too and the 1.20 deal for refillable coffee and hot chocolate is a winner 👍🏽 highly recommended

Mum and I always pass this pub and wondered what the atmosphere was like! Well today we ventured in and I can honestly say it was worth it! Great tasting food 🥘 and value for money 💰 whilst waiting for our food I looked at the menu and noticed they’re opened from 8am so you can have breakfast and the tea is £0.99 and is refillable all day! And all the meals come with free soft drinks! Which I think is great if you have a family! Service was great two and above all we felt comfortable. Thank you to the team for a great job!
