I remember when they used to be a small kitchen and biryanis were 2.50. Now they are a bigger place and poor customer service and the biryani is 4.00. Definitely disappointing how down hill you are going.

Zam zam biryani one of my favourite but this time really disappointed I am not feeling well so we decided to take biryani we travel 25 min and we order 2 biryani when I went home we found that in one box rice with 2 chicken wing and in other box small 2 piece seriously we pay £4 box for this might be in pictures it's not look small literally it was too small .Not happy with this .

Our go to spot for biriyani! Always delicious and generous portions. Lots of other dishes available, with some great vegetable options.

Very much a hole-in-the-wall with utilitarian seating which functions as an efficient stopover. The Ā£3.99 chicken biryani is tasty and quite addictive; the more-than-meat shammi kebab patties werenāt so much. We were in and out in 10 minutes. I wouldnāt seek it out specially.

Why spoil your health on fast food which is deep fried and loaded with chemicals. Treat yourself with this inexpensive tasty and full of spices Hyderabad biriyani. They do serve other curries too.

The place is a bit pricier than before but comparatively cheaper than other places.Very friendly staff. We visited the place for some quick breakfast after the airport and every staff member greeted us and had a very cheery smile - not just one. This just made my day.Had the omelette and paratha and it was freshly made. I would definitely come back. There is a prayer mat and prayer area which just makes it so convenient.Kudos to the team! Keep up the good work!

This place use to be good, they have increased their prices & also reduced the portion size of biryani. Not the same taste as before. I guess they probably use cheap rice now.I was charged £4 for for the kheer which was 2/10 Wont be coming back here again.

Zam Zam's Chicken Biryani was as awesome as ever, it was just a tad on the chilli side today, but a can of Miranda sorted that and at £3.50 per portion it's a bargain for such tasty food. If I'm ever night stopping at Heathrow it's a go to place for dinner.

One of the best biryanis I have had!Itās warm, fresh and filled with flavour.Spicy and generous portions and ONLY Ā£3.50.The seekh kebab is really nice too. Chapli kebab was ok. The chicken curry was also ok. The chapathis were warm and fresh too.The thing about this place is that the only fresh and warm out of the pot dish is their Chicken Biryani- everything else is already cooked and left on the side; we will need to heat it up ourselves either at home if we are taking out or there is a microwave near the table area in Zam Zam.Itās more like a takeaway than a ārestaurantā however there are a few tables to sit and eat.
