Zizzi - Chiswick in Hounslow

Not good. We went to the Chiswick branch, best avoided. Slow service, Peroni beer was not cold. Olives as starters arrived with the main meal and the warm beer. My wife had to ask again for her glass of wine. I had Ceaser salad, it arrive with no dressing and soggy tired ingredients. The gents toilets are horrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Poor service, took almost 20 minutes to get served. The starter and main were served at the same time and there was no apology or any room on the table, the calzone was undercooked. We asked for a drink and didn’t get one, the food was very expensive - the first time in a long time I didn’t leave a tip.

Lovely Italian restaurant located in the heart of Chiswick, heard good reviews and was impressed. I ordered spaghetti bolognese, was well seasoned and authentic, much more tastier than other chains I tried from. The customer service was friendly and attentive, they made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian dining and excellent customerservice, prices are reasonable.

Always enjoying service there. Food is being served quick along with a great customer service provided by the whole team. Tried today xmas menu pizza and dessert and both were delicious

The service was very poor.The waiter brought our starters with no cutlery Eventually we had to take the cutlery from an unused table.The starter I had,risotto balls were lukewarm. When the main course came we were not offered condiments but I asked for black pepper. It never came and I had to eventually leave the table and find the waiter who suddenly remembered it.Very poor overall,food quality was average at best,the is nothing like how Zizzis used to be,I certainly won't go there again or recommend it to anyone

Pizza was great.Got cold very quickly though but I wasn't rushing.Service can improve. I wanted to as for an order of garlic bread to go as I was having an early dinner but after so much waiting for any waiters I gave up.

Popped in for some very late lunch. Attentive staff and although our order arrived very quickly, both pasta dishes were good.

It has been years since I've been to Zizzi and looks like I was missing aloooootStarters were on point. Portions are decent not like the samples you get nowadays. Mains were nice too.Unfortunately had no space for a Tiramisu, will come for it specifically another dayOver all great experience

Still one of the better Italian chain options. This restaurant was very quiet when we visited one weekday for lunch.Staff were really friendly and the service was good. The food was tasty too, main and desserts. A good choice if on Chiswick High Road looking for somewhere to eat.
