Super nice family run business!!!We have eating from here for over 4 year’s and absolutely love their breakfast and lunch. Each day they have a different special, for example Italian, traditional and chefs own Italian combinations and honestly to my taste it’s better than most Italian restaurants for half the price.For definitely recommend, especially for their daily specials.They deserve the 5* everyday.

Not just a fry up place. I had the American breakfast with a white coffee. I got a wonderful plate with fresh delicious pancakes, nice scrambled eggs, and perfectly cooked sausage and bacon. I will be back and take friends, what a find!

This is an absolutely unique place where you can feel like you are in London and Italy at the same time (however, a few decades ago). The portions are very big while the bill is rather small! The food is absolutely amazing!

Found this cute, family owned place by chance! We were super happy with the food, it was delicious and fresh. Loved the coffee too! Absolutely recommend for breakfast, didn’t have any other food so can’t comment. Had breakfast in a different place the next day because this was the opposite way, but to be honest should’ve come here anyway hahaha.

Food was good... Ambiance good... Waitress needs to keep eye on customers when they are ready to order. She had her back to customers and chatting while I wanted to order... Looked over, saw me, carried on chatting. But pleasant enough when she did decide to do what she's paid for.

Been walking past Alpino since I was a child in the 1980s. Never been inside till now! The owner been there for 50 years. We must have seen each other passing all those years ago. Simple comfort food. Great value and large portions. Coffee is very good.

Had a lovely breakfast here this morning after a long run along the canal. Great coffee! Staff is warm and friendly.fast service. The vintage decor is a nice addition. Will definitely come back!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Unbeatable prices for good portion sizes and quality food. Freakin' awesome Italian fresh pasta dishes you can order as early as they open. This time I ordered a spaghetti puttanesca and it came in minutes - a dish hard to find in London as it's not particularly popular - but I wanted the noodles to never end. The decor feels like you've gone back in time. Lots of posters and things up which adds charm. A very genuine space that makes it warm and enjoyable. I will be back to work my way through all the pasta dishes.

Best cafe in this side of London. Food quality is 10 out of 10, staff are pleasant. Food is value for money. And they cater to custom made up dishes to order, especially for breakfast

Great quality for the price and excellent kippers. 6£ for a full english with tea and toast is remarkable in central London. The sausage was only okay, and tasted quite bready. Other than that, couldn’t ask for me. I’ll be back here soon.
