We chose this as our wedding venue due to its amazing decor and relaxed, casual atmosphere. The Games Room and Dining Room provided a wonderful backdrop to have our ceremony, reception and meal and our guests could not stop complimenting the quirky, wonderful space. We also stayed in the apartment room, which was luxurious and relaxing and found the staff to be happy to help with even the smallest thing. We would also like to thank Myriam, Hollie and Diogo for their help throughout the planning stage and during the wedding day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a drink, somewhere to stay or to host an event. They are so wonderful. Thank you everyone!

Lovely quirky place - small and intimate. Conveniently close to the station so easy to reach. Service could have been better but worth visiting for the ambiance, and a good menu too 🙂

OK to be clear this is only a review of the downstairs bar, not the hotel. And I hope this was a random off night but what a complete melt down on their part, but wow was this awful! First they weren't overly crowded and appeared to have plenty of staff. So why did it take them over 10 minutes to take our drinks order? No one made eye contact as we tried to wave down a server. Why after clearly (we are all english speaking) ordering a grey goose & soda did they almost insist on servging us grape juice & soda? Then why did it take 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and then why after putting in a small snack order they act like they never took it and said the kitchen was now closed for an event. We all wondered if it was a joke there was a camera on us! We ended up canceling our 2nd drinks and food order and going to one of the several other fine restaurants nearby.

Stayed for two nights with my mum for a city break. Room was nice and downstairs bar is lovely. Food really good - we had delicious breakfast of pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Overall however slightly underwhelming - service was very slow, we had to ask 4 times for our room to be cleaned and long waits of 30mins plus for each drink in the bar. Thin walls also meant we could hear a couple in another room having a rather fun time which woke us up twice - at 2am and 4am. Does not compare amazingly well to other London hotels at a similar price.

Went for a friend’s 50th. We were in a private room. Was really lovely and the service was great. We had our own waitress who was lovely. Cocktails and afternoon tea was tasty.

Beautiful cocktails, great staff and nice live music (when we were there) on a Tuesday evening.

Stumbled across this and what a find! Arrived as the night's entertainment was in full swing which added to the ambience. Quirky place with unusual decor and high back chairs! Conjured up images of what a private club could have been like back in the day! Really liked this place for that. Tried 4 of the cocktails between myself and my partner. Unusual and different from the usual ones you get.

Sluggish service doesn't really cover the disinterested and bemused drinks waiter. The cocktails are literally miniature and are priced at maximum London cocktail price which is a joke. The beers are simply bottles. Yes the interiors are heavily 'done' with loads of old vintage bit and pieces everywhere but frankly I'd rather a proper sized Martini at a proper price.

The Zetter cocktails are incredible. Unusual but subtle pairings that are to be savoured. The decor is extravagant and cool, think Great Gatsby vibes. Service is impeccable in the main room, but you have to work a bit harder to get the waiter’s attention if you’re sitting in the back room. Overall not to be missed.
