The bar maid was very friendly and helpful, we had some nice cocktails too. This was our first stop on our two day visit to London, and we would love to visit again some time

Not the most welcoming place to eat, ordered through the app but most of the food and drink on the menu wasn't available. One of our mains came without the egg but with extra of something else even though we weren't told about it until we enquired. The food was OK, the place was half empty on a Saturday and I think we were the only ones eating. It may be a better place just to have a drink and not for eating.

Booked a table and were put in a booth and told it would be cleaned after - which it wasn't.The music was so loud we had to scream across the table to be heard.Tried to order food via the QR code as per the menu instructions but it said the kitchen was closed today. Didn't see anyone with food at all. At 7.45pm saw two burgers being carried to a table, asked at the bar and with no apology or proper explanation I was told "yeah we aren't using the app today" so I'd turned up for a dinner booked and not got any dinner because the kitchen was closed only to find out just before they stop serving that that was completely incorrect.Wouldn't go back

The highlight of my London weekend away (bar the England Wales result) was coming to Brewhouse & Kitchen for a Brewery Experience day and getting merry here afterwards. The staff Mudi, Thomas, and co where knowledgeable about their stock and catered for all our needs. Thanks for a class day, would recommend.

We had a table booked for 6 of us for Sunday dinner today. Travelled 55 minutes to the venue only to be told the kitchen is closed. Nobody informed us of this despite having our phone number and email. Shocking. I will not be back.

Visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm.Very long wait times for food to be cooked and ordering drinks from the bar, even though the place was half empty. They might have been understaffed, which is fair enough, but the total lack of urgency and complete disdain from the staff was just appalling, and I'm being polite. Also, in what world is £10 for a pint of pale ale and a lemonade a reasonable price?

Quite comfortably worst pub in London. Poor staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing (but were nice!), no beer on tap was actually available, took our food order then took 45 minutes to tell us they couldn’t cook it. Then that whatever we ordered as replacement would take us another 30 minutes. Then couldn’t refund to my card so refunded me in cash - including 14 20p coins. It’s not at all busy, by the way.Maybe I’m hangry?

A really good find for us on our way to Sadlers Wells. You have to pre- book food at this time of year which is a bit of a fad but the welcome, the buzz and the excellence of the food and drinks was top drawer ! All that is good about a London Pub serving food. The fish and chips were just the job for us. Thanks particularly to mine host who did a great job.

Worrying to have no soap in the toilet. I mentioned this to a staff member but nothing was done, so I assume no soap on the premises? This is a restaurant during a pandemic. Not good. Also, the bottles of sauce, mayo etc get passed from table to table with no attempt to clean them between customers. They felt greasy to the touch. I hope management read this and improve things.

Visited with a group from work for Christmas party and triple thumbs up for the organisation and set up. It was lovely. Good music, good service. The food was ok too, not overly spectacular but it works! Will definitely recommend for a super big group!
