I went last Saturday with my friend. It was the first time I've been in years and I thought it was bleeding brilliant!!!! Matteo the manager was so friendly and accommodating, made me feel at home, despite being an out of towner ha!Can't wait to pop down again!

It was a wet and miserable day so we popped in for a lunch time drink and some food. We had our puppy with us and were made to feel very welcome by the barman who gave us some doggie treats and a fresh bowel of water. The food was good honest pub grub and service was great.

So I came here for a comedy show "Angel comedy". The pub part of the club was pretty nice, drinks weren't too expensive and the place was a good vibe, would definitely recommend to go there to chill for a couple drinks.

This is a great local pub, retaining all its original beautiful features. Great choice of drinks and food, a late licence, comedy nights, and very friendly staff. Dogs are most welcome, too, which is a bonus for us and our Pug! Highly recommended.

Great old London pub, been drinking there since I were a lad. Not alot has changed bar the prices! Almost fell over( had nothing to do with the strength of beer ) when I bought a round on my most recent visit.

Good pub tucked away off the main drag. Seats and tables outside. Food is OK with a good selection of beers. Upstairs there is a events room.

Visited here many times before...food has improved greatly...all was very yummy. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Outside space this Saturday was busy, so it was lovely to find a quiet table inside. I must comment on the exceptional cleanliness and Covid sanitation procedures... everything was covered by the staff. We felt very safe and relaxed.Thanks guys for all your hard work ✨Totally recommend this place.

A delightful pub tucked away just off Islington high street. Great beer and helpful friendly staff. A most enjoyable couple of pints! There's a comedy club upstairs and plenty of outside seating. Great place for a beer.
