Domino's in Islington

I did not receive the food but the order shows that it has been delivered. I called the merchant more than a dozen times, and the merchant hung up my phone countless times. I finally got through. The merchant refused to say that I hadn't ordered it before I said the order number and then hung up again.

Poor. Took payment, order failed. No refund. Avoid. Guy on phone dismissive said pay again and hung up.

Horrible shop! I bought pizza and they charged me however when I called them they said they don't see my order and I will get money back tomorrow and hangup on me. They don't have my details just phone number how they want to refund me?! Contacting my bank already with complain about them!

Nigeria women is vulgar and rude big no no...! Watched her she's very unprofessional.

I don't normally post reviews on this.I just ordered a pizza from here.Apparently, I did not put in my Address in my order, but my order was processed. I gave my Address on the phone, I repeated the post code and address twice.The Chef, called me telling me that my pizza is outside, I see no delivery driver. Apparently when I called the Chef over the phone I did not give them the right address, when I clearly repeated the address twice. So its the customers fault?I asked again, if I don't get my food, you will get a bad review, the chef repeated to me, you will get a refund.Now, if I don't receive my refund within 5 working days, I will post an updated review with my bank statement, as proof that I did not receive my refund. The choice is yours, very best of luck!

I ordered a doner kebab pizza and swapped the onion for extra doner meat. When I got the pizza, it had very little doner meat at all even for a normal serving of meat let alone extra. I completed the online survey and expressed this and requested to be called back.I was called back about 2 hours later which was fantastic however I was met by a very rude man who just wanted to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong.This is absolutely gross customer service.You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.Also, your delivery driver absolutely stank of cannabis. Look into that eh?

Terrible delivery service... I ordered my pizza to be delivered to my house, for some reason after many years of delivering it to my house they have decided to add a new security reason policy thing which apparently states they cant deliver it to my house... It doesnt stop here.... so as a hungry fiend i am I had to go meet the driver round the corner from my house... it felt like a drug deal the guy didnt speak much english, didnt get off his bike,, was on the phone to some other guy who didnt speak english (im guessing el chapo)... I was almost expecting a couple of plastic bags with my pizza.

*Great customer service*I made a mistake with my online order and did not add cheese to my pizza only to realise this at collection but the friendly and understanding staff Pradeep offered to make me another one at no extra cost to me thats great customer service there! Whats a pizza without cheese on it..... 😛😋😉

Ordered here a few times and every time you find a hair in their pizza... it becomes a joke after a while. How hard is it to wear a hat and be hygienic and when you call to explain and ask for a new pizza the staff get rude. Did not provide the names for head off complaints either. Will not be ordering again.
