Just asked for a latte… he goes I’ve just washed up so Americano or a tea…. No thanks then if you can’t be bothered!!! Disgusting service!

·

Perfectly good service and coffee from the conveniently placed kiosk between platforms 7 and 8. Very glad to find it open regularly.

·

Coffee needed refilling as the coffee I was given tasted very watery. Lady was nice at first but then looked miserable after I asked for something else.Selection of foods aren’t so organic or a good range. Not really happy spending 3.70 for a black coffee that I threw away and a bag of crisps

·

Very bad service by the barista!I ended up leaving without a coffee, he could not understand my adjustment to the coffe and was charging double the amount.I must have been fussy with my choice but he made no effort to rectify

There’s nothing organic about this place. If you call it organic, it all has to be organic. Even if the coffee is (reportedly) organic it tastes vile and there only one or two organic snacks. Trades description! Finsbury Park station used to have a good kiosk, please bring it back or something much better

Worst coffee I have ever had and it was cold! £2.60 wasted. If I hadn’t got on a train before drinking it I’d have taken it back and complained.

Went to purchase a coffee at the seven sisters station, it’s been a long day already. It seemed far too much hassle as the girl behind the counter sighed at me well customer service is your job and at the end of the day without customers you’d need a new job I didn’t bother purchasing from here worst service ever.Girl had nose piercing and coloured hair perhaps some training in customer service should be had.

I wouldn’t usually write to a coffee shop, however my experience in your branch in seven sisters compels me to.I was in a rush to board the stansted express but was in dire need for a quick bite to eat. Aside from lots of sweets and pastries there stood a solitary Tiffin Tuna & cucumber sandwich. I also went to grab a bottle of lucozade however it didn’t feel cold so I asked the girl serving if she had any in the fridge behind her. She checked and confirmed that she didn’t but that there were juices. With that I ordered a bottle of green Savse instead. I paid £5.80 for both items. It was only upon leaving that I noted that the fridge were my sandwich was stored was set at 10°c! I pointed this out to the girl and she just shrugged. Not wanting to get into an argument and miss my train, I left it at that.I am feeling rather peeved that I’ve just been ripped off for a sandwich that hasn’t been stored within a safe temperature (food standards agency recommends a fridge should be about 3°c) and is very likely to make me ill if I were to consume it. Having endured food poisoning once, I really wouldn’t want to take the risk. I’m incredibly disappointed that a retailer like yours would care so little about the safety of its customers and if this is not rectified I’ll be sure not to use any of your outlets again.Sent from my iPhone

I was travelling through around 4pm. Great coffee and excellent customer service. Efficient and kind staff made my coffee just in time for me to catch my train. Would 100% recommend.

They refuse to display any prices on their snacks (i.e. crisps, cakes, soft drinks, sweets). They do however have a price list on the wall showing prices of drinks. The staff were not helpful, in fact quite rude when I started asking the price of individual items. I never tried their hot/cold drinks, I purchased a bag of crisps only. I would have perhaps bought more had their been prices displayed and the 2 staff were not so grumpy and rude. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would even go as far as suggesting that London Trading Standards should be informed since I was under the impression it was law that prices should be displayed.
