Wonderful little cafe. No pretentions (in Angel, that's saying something). Just a wide selection of tasty, good value food, served with a smile & fabulous coffee to finish off.

Delicious food with a proper mug of tea. Lovely coffee and the main man is a gentleman.

Nothing makes me happier than an honest little place serving meals for great prices! Their menu has something for everyone and is probably longer than a football field. They serve great sandwiches and all day breakfasts.My egg toast / beans toast was £2.80 and hit the spot.

What's not to love? All the food is tasty, huge and well priced and you get the warmest welcome of anywhere in the area

An oasis in the corporate morass that is contemporary Islington. Not remotely hip or trendy, this place is wonderfully old-fashioned, offering a simple menu of no-frills food that is cooked to petfection. The ambience is calm and relaxing, made even more enjoyable by an extremely polite and helpful patron. One of my two favourite eating establishments in my old manor.

just had THE worst ever bacon roll from here - bacon was pale but tough and chewy with a really bad after taste. How can they get that so wrong? I had to throw it away after one bite. Will never go back, the guy even didn't want to give me an extra serviette!

A real good, old breakfast cafe. Great food and cheap.
