Beautiful food, authentic! Cannot wait to go again! Nothing like a chicken tagine on a cold London day!

·

Nice food and friendly service. Walked in with friends randomly but enjoyed ourselves there.

·

Amazing food and always kind service. I usually get the Harira here on my lunch break, but have also had the Chicken + Olives tagine and meatballs. Mint tea is authentic and tasty too.

Very nice food that gets you back to the streets of Marrakesh! The only comment I would make is that pastilla was a bit dry and the flavor and aroma from the cinnamon and the other spices was not strong enough. Also, the place needs a better ventilation system; though there was no smoke, clothes smelled bad for a couple of days.

I love this place. Family run cafe where Food is amazing, cooked with love, prices are incredibly inexpensive, atmosphere is authentic and staff are incredibly nice. Every time I go to Finsbury park I stop at Le Rif for tea, coffee or food. Oh I'm so glad the business survived this pandemic and I can continue to get my moroccan peppermint tea.

Authentic Moroccan food, extremely tasty! I recommend the Harrira (soup), Chicken and olive tajine, and the lamb tajine.

Exceeded my (our) expectations! I won’t lie-on first impressions l wasn’t sure this was the place for me. We dined early as we were with children so when we walked in the place wasn’t packed. We ordered at the counter and had to point out which dishes we wanted. We sat down pretty much wherever we wanted and watched as the place started to fill up. We had a table of four young women behind us. A father and daughter walked in next and then lots of locals who looked like this was where it was at. Our food came out all at once and it looked and smelt beautiful. Every dish was different and not one complaint. It was so authentic and so delicious. We also had the traditional mint tea that all our three girls enjoyed a lot. There was only one person serving and he seemed to have everything under control with a smile. Great family vibe and food was as good as the reviews it gets. It was also very well priced (don’t like the word cheap)! Great find!

Very kind host, very cosy atmosphere. Their lamb with prunes is a must try. Fish chicken beef all were good.

I stumbled upon Le Rif Restaurant after walking around finsbury park and woodberry wetlands. The dish I had was made up of fish, lentils, various vegetables, and couscous all for £6.50! Portions were good and the entire thing was delicious. I also had a traditional Moroccan bread/pancake with honey for £2. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Their menu is a bit limited though but I’m definitely going back. Five out of 5 stars.
