For me its one the best place for kebab but delivery time is appalling.. the reason for 1 stars is simply for poor service. Its like they dont care if we order or not

Absolutely terrible discusting service. Ordered 2,5 hours ago and still no food arrived. And it is called fast food. All they can say we've got one driver. When I called the service to chase up my order all I've got back is a rude question if I want to cancel my order! after 2'5 hours waiting. Are you serious " Petra Resaurant"? one of the worst service you can go with.

outstanding kebab. This is the first time I have been here. The shop and counter is very tidy. The taste is the best I have had so far 10/10

Very good kebab, but rubbish service. Every time there's a 50/50 chance to get the wrong order, they are either not reading the notes and add onions to our salads.. either they do read it and we get a nice delivery. But this time it was ridiculous, we asked for no onions and we got onions ONLY (a full casserole to be precise), called them and asked about my salads and they delivered 1h later 2 casseroles. Really disappointing!

I ordered via Just Eat, and was surprised and disappointed. There's 3 things that went really wrong 2 orders went wrong and the response from the shop.1) We ordered Chips with salad, you think they would put salad in one box and the chips in another, but they put both the chips (which should be hot) and salad (which should be cold) in the same box, it's really the strangest thing I've seen whilst ordering food2) we ordered a beyti, if you go to any Turkish restaurant, a beyti is when there's meat wrapped in a small wrap bread with tomatoe sauce and yogurt, they literally just slapped tow Adana kebabs in the container.3) the guy that we spoke to sounded like it's normal to put chips and salad in the same box and that beyti just ment that the way the köfte is madebis a little different. He actually admitted that that a few others made this same requesting asking about the beyti. Dont they think if it was the same issue thats coming up that you would make a change to this menu.I'll be honest I was really hungry the day I ordered it and only took a few bits it was that horrible but the response from the shop was even worse, will never order from here again.

The meat is tasty, bread is all fresh, the portions are generous and it's not just "drunk kebab" standard - plus, the staff are super friendly, accommodating and very kind to regular customers. I've eaten here for over 4 years. As a sit-down restaurant, it's pretty good - as takeaway, it's amazing.I've had the wraps, kebab + pita and charcoal grilled chicken wings with rice. The prices are reasonable considering the volume and flexibility of your order. Probably the best kebab I've had in London, though I never felt the need to go anywhere else since I enjoyed this place so much.

Surprisingly good place to eat. Bought a platter from here for just over £20. Came with a little of everything. The wait time was reasonable and I was offered a traditional turkish tea while I waited. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Honestly, great place for food especially if your on a budget.
