Food doesn’t turn up. No one picks up the phone. They charge you. Unacceptable service.

Ordered from here twice, first time food was very late, driver couldn’t find my location (never happens) and food was inedible.Second time I ordered due to a £10 voucher they gave me due to inconvenience of my first order and I thought I’d give them a second chance (big mistake) l. The food never arrived, management very rude and customer service was no help.Avoid at all costs.Honestly, this place needs to be closed down based on the reviews.

Placed an order which never arrived. Spoke to the manager (and forwarded the order email as requested), but never got the refund that was promised. This was back in December 2021!! Would give no stars if that was an option.

Took over 2 hours to deliver cold food. Garlic bread 31c, Pizza 37c and Chicken Dips 41c. I wish I could post a photo. They blamed "busy roads". Congealed.

This Pizza Hut send me two cold burnt pizzas and then a replacement pizza in which half of the pizza fell out the box. Both pizzas took over an hour to arrive and the store is only 8 mins away. They don't put any seasoning on their chicken. When I ask for a refund one of the persons at the store calls me and tells me to send my bank details to process a refund. Do not listen to these people, they are just scammers whose pizzas are nowhere near the standard they should be.

Food delivered late on top of after 45 mins wait just for a couple cookie doughs, which were all wrong flavours and burnt to crisp.

Has to be 1 star purely based off of the quality. Terrible. Something tasted really rancid, the colder it got the more rancid it became. Could not finish it and cannot put my finger on the rancid taste which is strange as I had a plain margarita cheese with no additional toppings. How could it go so wrong and taste so bad unless they had old dough or old cheese or old tomato base? Something was not fresh. I've a good mind to go and ask for a refund due to quality being not fit for purpose. Cannot be consumed.I have to say it was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. But this could also mean it was sat there as an uncollected order for someone else which might help to explain why it got cold so quick and why it tasted old, rancid and disgusting. Seriously unimpressed. A fresh pizza by the people who make pizzas should taste ok, this did not.I see partly why they are on 2 stars for Google reviews now.

So I've been craving pizza hut for a while, and if the pizza is as good as the customer service I'm going to be a very happy chappy. All the staff was A1, just being nice seems like somthing that's lost on people nowadays but I cannot fault the staffs approach here!!!!

Terrible! 3rd time on the trot my order was either late,cold or bone dry. Cannot believe they can call themselves Pizza Hut with this food they're churning out. Someone seriously needs to investigate. I for one will never order from Pizza Hut again. T ops pizza far more superior!!

Actually surprised how good the deep pan Pizza was when eaten at the restaurant. Under 10 GBP for a large size. Manager was very helpful when we were present. However, chap seemed a tad stressed out.
