Royal Star in Islington

Pizzas are really good. The chef is amazing! I had a classic Italian with some extras and it was delicious, really well done.

Amazing food. Ordered the burger which was melt in the mouth good, the chef was very sweet as well making sure the food was great after it came out.

Can't say enough about the Royal Star. Great vibes and friendly staff. The food is fantastic quality and good portion sizes. Never leave hungry. Freshly made pizzas, tasty burgers and superb salads. Excellent drinks selection with a great gin menu.

I came here before lockdown and I recall the pizzas, burgers, nachos all were incredible!However, I went again recently and it was purely awful. The pepperoni pizza was not great at all, but what’s worse was the 4 cheese pizza - literal dough with some freeze sprinkled on it. It didn’t even look very appetising. I wish I had something better to say since it’s a small business, but I left the pizza half eatenThe bartender was really nice though, and the decor was cute. I’d recommend going in for drinks, definitely not food

I visited this place on Wednesday 5/01. Tasty food, especially the pizza was delicious. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I really love the place, been here several times and always good attention, good vibe, good times. Today we ordered 2 burgers and both had cold bread. Seriously? It was cold and stiff, so straight from the freezer. I'll probably go again since I'm a neighbor, but no way I'm getting a burger. Pizza is good though.

Great Staff, super service, amazing pizza and really well-made, not diluted drinks! And everything is really affordable, high recommendations, We're gonna back here every time We visit London :)

The garden is a nice surprise behind the pub. Quiet place in a busy metropolis. The food is excellent! Friendly staff.
