Shillibeer's Bar & Grill in Islington

Was my first time there after living in the area for a long time! Cool vibe, large but still felt cozy, showing a film on a projector while we were there!

Great pub with a selection of great value food. Also hosts some of the best weddings in London (and the UK!) in a great spacious indoor and outdoor setting. Lovely staff.

DepotI would just like to say thank you so much to all the staff at the Depot for their kindness that was given to me, my family and friends , it was my husband wake, and we were given a 5 star service, it was all the little touches that made a sad day go so smoothly, when I walked in I was cold, and was given a Hot water bottle which amazed me, and when the food was served, it not only looked amazing, but tasted amazing too, when we booked the food, They accommodated for our taste.I really can’t recommend the depot enough, if you have some sort of an event, you’ll be guaranteed that everything would run smoothly.I’m sad that they’re not open on a Sunday, because we would’ve loved to have my grandchild christening celebrations there.Thank you once again, and well done for your great customer service.

Great place with great staff and great beers.Literally the only complaints were it was a bit cold (it is winter), and a bit expensive (it is good beer and it is London).100% would go again next time I'm in the area

We have had not one but two weddings with The Depot! Last year in 2020 we had a small intimate meal with 13 guests after our wedding which was perfect! Followed by our wedding reception in 2021 has made the best experience. Georgie and the team could not have been more helpful with everything we could have ever asked for. The food was amazing, the decorations were beautiful and service was excellent. We are forever thankful to The Depot for accommodating both of our special days!

We had our wedding at the Depot at the end of August 2021 and the events team and management went out of their way to help make it a super special day. The events manager Georgie was extremely responsive to the ever evolving plan for the day and she did a great job of making suggestions around the best way to organise everything. Gary the general manager was also super on the day and went out of his way to try and address some sound equipment issues we faced. The food was superb overall and our guests didn't stop commenting on what a lovely venue it was for a wedding. We had plenty of space for a whole raft of entertainment and the massive drop down screen and projector, was perfect for screening videos from people who couldn't attend on the day. We did have a the odd misunderstanding on communications and in the evening reception some planned food was not delivered, but we Depot were great and we reconciled everything within a week of the event! All our guests said they'd had an amazing time and thought it was one of the most fun weddings they'd ever been to and we thought so too, although we may be a tad biased! ;p

Really nice bar, fun helpful bar staff. Nice lay with plenty of room outside. Can get very busy, but it's always a nice atmosphere.

What a great atmosphere!!!!A large collection of local beers at reasonable prices.The staff were amazing - toilets were extremely clean.Manger went out his way to make sure our group had a wonderful time.Without a doubt - we will be back!!!

We had a birthday party here and also attended the wedding fair. It's a gorgeous space, really understated from the outside but so cute and gorgeous inside. Food is fabulous, staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful outside space. Next thing on our to do list is the espace room. From what I've seen, this would be the perfect space to hold a wedding. Definitely well worth checking out.
