Wicked, hot, fresh fish every time, crispy batter and delicious chunky chips. Owners have been there for years, very friendly and immaculately clean.

If you live locally, over the years you've most likely been conditioned into the terrible standards of this chip shop (refer to the "good" reviews for proof). Don't bother asking if food is fresh because the owners will brazenly lie to your face unless you've physically seen the food cooked on the spot. Everything is of relatively low quality or kept heated till it's inedible. Being polite isn't a license to sell poor quality food to the local community, most food establishments have relatively good standards whereas this shop is just about offloading sub par overcooked food that will only make you regret walking through the door no matter how many times you've forgotten how disappointed the last time you visited here. I swear this is the last time I eat ever here

One of these best burger places in London. Lovely family owned business who always welcomes you with a smile. The prices are amazing too. Ask for a 1/4 pounder with red cabbage, white cabbage, lettuce and fried onions. 😋

Good local family run business, very busy Thursday - Saturday evening. Fish & especially Chips are better during these time as they are freshly cooked due to high demand. During quiet time chips can be hit or miss.

Amazing service and fast food by a lovely friendly couple. Would highly reccomend. They're burgers are one of a kind and the lahmachun wrap is just to die for. Definitely satisfies that lazy night, greasy fast food craving!👌🏼

Been coming to this shop since I was a baby, 22 years later its still my munch of choice! Food is always great, and amazingly priced. Staff are a family and have remained the same for as long as i can remember, and it seems as if the greyer they get, the happier they are!

Top marks for a London Chippie! Chips are spot on, fish is pretty good although choice is limited to the usual Cod, Haddock, Rock and Plaice.Fish and Chips in London is normally pretty substandard, but these guys manage to break the mould and serve up decent quality fish that would impress a northerner. Best I’ve had in London, and that includes that overrated posh place in Muswell hill.
