This was a walk in as the restaurant over the road gave our table away. It was reasonably busy but we got a table for four with no wait. The starters were average - the crispy chilli squid was a little too chewy, and the chicken satay skewers were lukewarm and not very flavorful. Mains were much better, I had the tamarind duck and my partner had the crispy tilapia. Both were well cooked, crispy and delicious. The Thai coconut rice was also an excellent accompaniment. Service was prompt and efficient. I would visit again but would skip the starters next time.

The ambience was cute and all green. Love love it. The food was so good and so was the portions!! Loved the thai milk tea, had the pad Thai as well which was so good. While I was there some delivery drivers were getting impatient with the staff but I observed that the staff handled the situation so well. Great great customer service and I’ll probably frequent this restaurant a lot!!

I used to love this place, but won't go back. We came for lunch to take advantage of the lunch deal but they never gave us those set menus, so ended up having to order overpriced (£71 for 2 for lunch!) and very mediocre food: calamari so tough we couldn't eat it, a tiny £8 bowl of broccoli, tasteless £17 sea bass and overcooked steak. Sad to see this beautiful place raise their prices and drop their quality post pandemic.

I had a very nice Thai Duck curry, the food was excellent and the service good. Looking forward to returning soon...

Very poor food and service. I've been eating at Thai Square for a couple of years but never again. The lamb that I was served in my curry was awful, just gristle and fat. When it came to paying for the food, I told the man in charge this evening and he said "thank you, I will inform the kitchen". The quality of food and service in this restaurant has decreased significantly. Never again!

Great food, great location and ambience. Would have given 5 starts but staff unfortunately staff become excessively rude when opting to pay without discretionary service charge. Maybe management need to retrain the staff on the meaning of discretionary or maybe rephrase it to optional so staff can understand what it means.

Went there with my sisters the other day and the service was awful. We missed our movie because we had to wait an hour for our mains whilst other people who came after us were served before us. If the food had been worth the wait then that would be understandable but the portion sizes are tiny and very expensive for what you get. The mains look like they are starter portions and don’t come with rice or noodles and you have to order that separately. The waiter and waitress ignored us as we waited for our food and when we asked how long it will take they just walked passed us hurriedly. The restaurant wasn’t even busy when we got there only 2-3 other tables were occupied. It was very disappointing to say the least and I feel embarrassed to have even suggested dining here in the first place. Won’t be coming back here again.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly had a lovely time! They were very kind and accommodating with the cake I bought. The food was nice but nit the best thai food that I've had. I GENUINELY CANNOT FAULT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been to this place few times already and always enjoyed the meal. Their prawn soup (Tom Yum Goong) is really good, same as classic Pad Thai. Service is quick and polite, the only difference we felt this time were prices, almost 5£ for a bottle of water is a bit too much, the meal prices went up too...

I have always wanted to go to a Thai Square and myself and my husband came for dinner this evening. We both had dumplings and a jungle curry each and we were delighted with all of the flavours in our mouth! Such delicious food and service was efficient. The staff were friendly and attentive. I will thoroughly recommend to as many as I can. Thanks for having us 😊
