Great pub with a great selection of whiskeys and beers. The food is really nice too and there’s a venue on the first floor for live gigs. We saw some amazing indie bands over the years and enjoyed our last gig last night. There were 3 great bands playing. The place is definitely recommended.

I really like the way it looks the pub, it is very cool and cosy. The people working there are chill and I also really good. I went there a few times trying to meet new people but I find it a bit hard, I have the impression that most people know each other already. I don't feel like other people want to meet and I'm the end this is one of the main reasons I go to a pub is to meet people and socialise, I don't like drinking to be honest

Some corbynites attacked my centrist friend Simon after he confronted them for not standing up for the national anthem. disgraceful behaviour.If you want to feel safe and enjoy your night then I would highly recommend choosing another venue.

This legendary pub in Angel is a great option when you are improvising a night out. You go with the idea of having one drink and you end up leaving the last with lots of funny situations to tell. My first pub night out in London and I still love this place 6 years later.100% recommended !!!

Used to love coming to this venue but last night I was the victim of an undeserved vicious assault in the upstairs dancing area by a gang of violent young men.Unfortunately the security at the venue completely trivialised the incident and allowed most of the gang to remain for the rest of the evening. If you want to feel safe and enjoy your night then I would highly recommend choosing another venue.

Great place to listen to some great music! Ground floor is a normal pub, but upstairs they have a cool night club
