The Slaughtered Lamb in Islington

The choice of beer in this pub is good and the atmosphere is lovely, but I wouldn't say we had a good time. For one, it was really cold - people had to keep their coats on. Secondly, we were served by someone who didn't know how to use the till - undercharging my friends for double vodkas and overcharging me (£11.40 for two half pints!) Luck of the draw I guess, but I'd still probably avoid.

Spacious pub with a great selection of beverages on tap. Whoever picked the playlist has great taste!

Called in here recently and was pretty amazed at how nice the food was. Lovely chicken burger and sausages and mash. Cauliflower starter is great. Very friendly staff too.

Love the live music at this place. The food could be better but its fine for a pub. Enjoyed some amazing nights with my mates! WOuld recommend if you're looking for a nice evening out.

SO. LOUD.Went after work with some colleagues hoping to spend the evening having a chat and enjoying the fish finger sandwich but had to down our drinks and leave for elsewhere as we couldn't hear a thing each other were saying. Shame as it looked nice...

Nice spacious pub serving good food and a great selection of draught pale ales. The basement doubles as an intimate entertainment venue, well worth a visit.

Went to see a gig downstairs, which was rather small and couldn’t reach a bar since it was packed. Main pub ground floor was nice with friendly staffs and nice vibe.

Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful. We went after work Friday, had some small bites from the menu and for two of us, it was perfect! The cauliflower, chicken and padron peppers were all delicious. Oh yes, chips and curry sauce 👌

Nice range of beers, could offer more cider options. Friendly staff and table service. The fish finger sandwich was great for £6.50 but had to order two of them because the portion size is tiny. The Mayo never turned up, but ketchup was probably the right sauce for the sandwich. Nice atmosphere. Been here a couple of time’s nice pub.

I tried the Vegan Burger, an Old Fashioned, and one of their amazing whiskeys (neat). I loved them all and really enjoyed the atmosphere! The staff was so kind and helpful. Ask for an extra side of the vegan sauce to dip your fries in! So so so good. Can’t wait to come back to listen to some of the live music.
