Tortilla in Islington

I’m not usually fussed about customer service but I must say the experience I’m given by Raven and Zara was really a highlight to my day! They always go above and beyond every time I visit and leave me looking forward to my next visit

Well I went in with a couple of my girls and made new friends with these two workers one called Raven and the other Zara absolutely amazing team work and great conversation would love to come again for them fixed my relationship with tortilla as I Came before and one worker that was white and blonde with brown in it and she had the most attitude towards me I remeber her name starting with a c but I don’t remeber

I was so hungry ! This burrito was the best local option ! Love your slow cooked beef goes well with spicy sauce and touch of salsa

The nachos and quesadillas are my absolute favourite. Both arrive as kits with instructions if you get home delivery. This is definitely of my favourite fast food places. The nachos are actually quite different from what you’d expect - no salsa just loads of cheese, guac and veggies (.+ meat), but surprisingly somehow tastes really good. Super cheap if you eat-in or click & collect (though slightly pricier if you order via Deliveroo). If you need a light snack while walking around Angel, I’d recommend the chips with guac.

I’ll be coming to the shop for years I know the staff to change quite often. Just like to say thank you to all of you specially Klaudia and Ellie as they’re customer service skills are impeccable. Very poor customer service ! I am and have been eating quite regularly at this place for last 1.5 yrs. The level of service have been always bumpy. I always used to get Vegetarian Burrito and have all the sauces and gaucomole + salsas.Today, the staff was asking and explaining how i have to choose one salsa and i have to choose one salad etc... but i always had it, and even if i had to pay for extra, i would had no problem. the problem is time taken to get a meal, no smile on the face and being asked 10,000 questions when you are in lunch break. All you want is simple, nice tasty lunch in a friendly place.not going to this branch again ever! you should perhaps learn some customer service skills from Chipotle.

Had my first experience of food from Tortilla and found the burrito and tacos extremely tasty. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful , as they guided me in to how a perfect burrito should be made.

Had a great meal here on Sunday evening after coming out of the cinema in Angel. Tortilla is very well located right opposite the station and open quite late. Food was piping hot and tasted fresh despite it being late in the day. Was greeted and served by klaudia who was very friendly and helpful. Was very pleased with the food and service here - highly recommend!!

I went on a Thursday and made use of the £1 taco offer. Absolutely quality, staff were friendly and the food was cheap and to a good standard.

i decided to pop into my local tortilla on my lunch break, i thought why not try something new and i can say i really enjoyed it. Not only was the food great but the staff were a great help, if i remember the person who served me was named klaudia? The service was great as a whole and would definitely recommend. My new lunch spot haha and how can i forget hygiene was top tier.
