Place is not clean, staff is rude. You can have much better food for cheaper elsewhere.

Really not a great experience. Overpriced, ordered chips to go alongside the meal and it was forgotten. Food was pretty bland and dry, we ordered the mixed platter which was really small and not very delightful at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Al Arez. They were very accommodating for our large party on a Friday night and were very patient with our complicated ordering process. I must say they certainly delivered in serving us with class and quality Lebanese food. Would certainly recommend the mixed grills, however with more meat. The fatuoush was very tasty too. Will certainly be coming back here

I tried the falafel sandwich and asked to have garlic sauce in it. It was delicious, and the falafel was crispy and tasty. Also had fresh strawberry juice, I didn’t like that they add syrup to it. Prices are medium to high. Nice employees

This is a lovely place in a very busy area it is always busy. The food was good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However the service was fantastic, very receptive to our needs and very hospitable. I would go back there again and again. I had the mixed shawarma and the houmous with meat. I would recommend both.

The food was delicious. The staff are a delight. Visited twice and each time the meat was soft and succulent. Very large portions. Fresh salad. No complaints at all. What really topped off the meal was when a homeless person passed by and a member of staff went outside and asked if he wanted a drink and gave him a can of coke free. So kind.If you are in the area, I highly highly recommend this restaurant.

The best kebab and Middle Eastern foods in the Uk!! The staffs were friendly too and the price wasn’t that expensive considering it’s in centre of London. Definitely coming back soon and would visit here a lot more often only if I lived closer. Try kofte and cubed chicken because they are the best
