Bella Vista Restaurant in Kensington and Chelsea

Food looks frozen and microwaved, and tasted quite stale. Waitress seemed nice. Front door was open constantly, which made the restaurant very cold on the inside. Food was brought quickly though, so that's a plus. Interior design wasn't very interesting either. Sister threw up morning after and we think that it's from the food from this place. Wouldn't recommend having dinner at this place.

Three stars for nice meal and coffee. Waitress was really nice too. I detest the sneaky service charge which bumped this meal up. Bloody rip off for a basic meal. Nothing special and basic and touristy. Very clean and quick service, captive audience means you've been gotchad!! Avoid if you can...

Great tasting food, lovely atmosphere for a nice, peaceful evening out. By far some of the best pizzas i’ve had in a while, would much rather order a pizza from here for takeaway than going to a pizza take away place. You can really tell they are made in house!The staff are very friendly and have a surprisingly wide range of languages between the waiters which is very nice and especially helpful for anyone travelling that struggles with English. Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese are the languages I noticed and could understand between the waiters and other clients but there was another that I could not recognise. All in all if you speak any of these languages and struggle with English I’m sure you will be well looked after here!

We had an excellent visit here - the service was very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere was cosy and intimate like you would expect from an Italian Restaurant and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend

Make yourself a favor and don't go inside. Awfully cooked food, the soup was probably made several hours before, the vegetables tasted like the metalic can were the came from, the potatoes were microwaved... Well, not Italian at all...

We waited almost an hour for our veal, which was hard, while an Italian tour group of about 50 got served. Then they had the nerve to add a Service Charge of 10%, which I had removed. I can give the asparagus soup a thumbs up, but nothing else.

I’ll give 1star only just because I can’t give none, far the most horrible place I’ve been in London, living here for 12 years and never seen such a food costing that much. Can’t forget bad waitress service that also has the braveness to charge 13% extra on the bill,for what I don’t know still. A total shame really

Don't even wanna give them a star. It's definitely not worth to go. Their foods were like microwaved frozen foods. Some staffs seemed like had troubles to understand English. They rushed too much so my family felt like we were getting kicked out from the restaurant. They serve main dish before finishing appetizer. I didn't even finish half of my main dish so asked them to keep my ice cream in the fridge so it won't be melted by the time I finish be my food. They brought my ice cream even I was still working on my main and worst thing it seemed like they didn't put my ice cream in the fridge. It was melted a lot already. I don't understand why they didn't listen to customer's request (server even said she didn't mind to put my desert in the fridge too) and rushed everything so much. I will not definitely come back here at all.

This wonderful romantic Italian restaurant has amazing hours and it's the perfect quiet place to eat! The food is to die for. It has a good location and it's fair priced for central London I've eaten here almost everyday this week! 😍😍 in love

Do NOT go here. Ridiculously small pizzas of the quality of a 1 pound frozen pizza from Iceland. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that the pizza appears to be from a frozen packet. Weird hotdog like toppings, tasteless 'cheese' and dough like bread.Also I don't know how but with two people ordering 1 small pizza and a soft drink each, the total bill came out to 30 pounds.Avoid at all costs, not authentic at all. Just exists because of its location taking advantage of the people from international tour buses that stop nearby.
