Biscuiteers Boutique and Icing Cafe in Kensington and Chelsea

Lovely cafe and their biscuits look gorgeous and taste good. Customer service was okay and we are planning to take kids there so they can do biscuits decorating as it looks so much fun.

placed an order to be delivered on the 23rd of December which was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I then received an email on the 24th to say they had missed their Royal Mail pickup window. They then sent me an email offering various options about redirecting orders/cancelling if your order hadn't been packed... only to then have closed all the phone lines on Christmas Eve due to the "busy" period and conveniently finishing at 2pm on Christmas Eve, even after they'd messed up, what was probably a lot of orders. Ive now received an email saying my order will be delivered tomorrow, with still no reply to my original email about amending my order. This is terrible customer service from a luxury brand, and is now a brand I will no longer be purchasing from.

Biscuits are artful but inedible. I guess they’ll need the dense base for the even icing. But unfortunately the baked goods were rock hard. Therefore the price is quite steep.

A cute place to get birthday or special occasion gifts.They do beautiful biscuits and sweets. And this shop looks lovely from outside already.I personally think they are very creative but a bit pricey.

Super cute place, it is good to by a gift for people when traveling or for a special date. The staff is helpful, Paula helped me to chose an anniversary gift and she was very nice. They also have a good Mocha and Salted Caramel Brownie.

I received this delightful surprise birthday gift from a friend who knew I’d be over the moon to open up a box of delicious Biscuiteers chocolate cookies. They were so beautiful that I almost didn’t want to eat them, although I don’t regret doing so. Usually iced cookies aren’t very flavoursome but as always, Biscuiteers have nailed it!

Purchased three tins for Christmas - London Luxe which were chocolate, Happy Christmas which were Madagascan vanilla and gluten free and Lapland Luxe, also vanilla flavoured.As gifts, these were very well received. Packaged in beautifully decorated, modern rectangular tins, the biscuits are presented neatly within tissue paper in protective rows. All arrived in perfect condition.The quality of the designs, icing and biscuits were lovely and we will definitely gift these again.

I was served by a really friendly staff member. I came into the store to get a personalised biscuit and it turned out beautifully. I only waited about 10 minutes to have it done. The biscuits are definitely quite pricey but the designs are so cute and whimsical, so I think it's a nice novelty gift. Unsure about flavour since the biscuit isn't for me!

Both our boys had a biscuit icing experience and absolutely loved it. Amazing staff (Nicola was fannnnntastic), very friendly and a wonderful, wonderful visit. Highly recommended.

Cute store with gorgeously decorated biscuits. But its pricey. Idk if they have cafe downstairs. Decoration is gorgeous. Outside deco also nice. Easy to find
