Burger and Lobster at Harvey Nichols in Kensington and Chelsea

It's super fast. I'm in a hurry my car ticket going to expired after 40 minutes. Eat in just takes me half an hour. Staffs was so sweet and kind. I'm very happy that I chose Burger&Lobster.

At the top of the department store, this is a fun place to eat. The food is great quality and tasty and generous but not cheap, I’m sure that’s not a surprise to anyone 😉 The queen scallops are a standout dish although petite, the combo for two is fantastic! The reason this isn’t 5 stars are the small tables and the loud music, nothing major.

I was very pleasantly surprised! Food was really good, service fast and friendly and to my astonishment not expensive! Five stars!

I’ve always loved Burger and Lobster and this Brian how lived up to my expectations. Great tasty food, prompt service and nice ambience. Will definitely be coming b am.

When I saw pictures of the food on a social media, especially about the Mac & Cheese, I thought, I must check out this place. Well, today I decided to have lunch with my family there.The Lobster Roll was pretty tasty. The croquette, incredible, matching perfectly with the sauce. But the Mac & Cheese…well, they should check out at the Kush Coconut Coconut Grove (Miami) to know how to make the best Mac & Cheese.Must say that the service was impeccable. The waitress was bubbly, full of joy and really honest about dish and portions recommendations. Well done for having such nice team around.

Had wonderful night here. It was the first time and it was for a birthday celebration.We had oysters, calamari, 3 different types of burgers and lobster roll. All delicious, fresh and cooked as we asked. 🍔 The staff were very polite (the booking over the phone was straight forward too). It is very accessible, with the lifts straight into the back of the restaurant ...Lovely experience for all of us and I've already recommended it to a couple of other friends and family members.

Order a well done for delivery, the cheeseburger tasted great came out very tender and juicy more like a medium well which was perfect. The garnish completed the burger well and the bun was perfect not soggy at all, which can be an issue with deliveries. Following the positive delivery we visited the Resturant. Ordered several items off the menu and the dishes were hit and miss. The burgers ordered medium but came very well done and dry and lobster burger was over salted and burned. The staters were quite nice though. The service was sloppy and despite having so many members of staff hovering around we got the impression that no one really new what they were doing and were running around like headless chickens. Therefore changing my review form a 5 to 4. I just hope that they improve consistency in there mains. As the delivery was great but in-house was a bit of let down.

Burger and lobster is on the Fifth Floor in Harvey Nichols , Knightsbridge and what better way to spend a luxurious day shopping and eating .Calamari for starters came fresh and crispy . Mains was The lobster roll - platter for 2 was just delish, especially the toasted brioche with a creamy lobster filling. We also ordered a Crispy lobster burger but we had to have that as a takeaway the platter was just enough for 3- depending on how hungry you are and what beverages you have indulged in.Luckily we had booked a table in advance as there was a steady flow of people coming in to eat . Great environment for families to enjoy as well as couples just spending quality time with each other
