Cafe Concerto in Kensington and Chelsea

It was good overall except for the waitress who didn't look happy to be there and was walking around the restaurant with the water I ordered. Not sure if she pretended I didn't exist or was genuinely clueless where my table was..

What a lovely find - excellent service and great coffee - really friendly staff and a very beautiful restaurant - give yourself a treat and visit the toilets they are amazing with gold dryers - overall very impressive I will be back.

Gave it a 3 stars because I have stopped only for a quick coffee and I wouldn't recommend if you are doing the same, because it is a little bit pricey if you are getting only a coffee. All the other prices are very average in comparison with some similar places, but paying almost £6 for a coffee is something a little bit wild. Other than that, everything was alright.

That hot scone is the one to go for with clotted cream and jam. So yummy. Quality is one of the best. Also had English breakfast tea which was top quality. Excellent customer service. The decor is superb. Very expensive though. I was charged £16 for 2 English Breakfast tea and 2 plain scones as you can see from the pictures. All meat is halal.

Delightful cafe with beautiful decor, lovely cakes, and a great selection of coffees and teas. We only had cake and coffee / tea, but the savoury menu did look lovely, and could cater for any time of the day.Service was good and the staff were really smart in their cute uniforms.Shame about the fake roses on the table. If you’re gonna have a single flower in a stem vase, please make it a real one.A bit of confusion over the bill, wrong amount entered into the card machine, but sorted fairly easily.

Went with friends for dessert and tea and scones. Was served by a lovely young man called Saad. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The decor is beautiful too. Nice place to unwind and chill.

Café looked amazing, very nice and clean. We was greated wonderfully by the staff which continued throughout the evening, great customer service.I ordered the concerto hot chocolate and apple pie with custard and ice-cream. Honestly I could have eaten twice the amount it was soooo good. My personal taste it wasn't super sweet either. Simply delicious.My friend ordered the pancakes with bananas and strawberry with chocolate (had to take a piece delicious).

Nice place for afternoon tea, Good service, nice cakes and drinks, very clean place compared to others, (however one of the waitress has unpleasant smell ...) Sorry!

Me and my wife came here on our honeymoon. The customer service provided by Alex was exceptional. Lovely food. Overall great experience.
