When we booked an afternoon tea via TheFolk. This branch is smaller branch NOT the 78 Brompton Rd branch(which would be much nicer). When we arrived I shown them the bookings. They weren't intrested at all. They said its just the normal booking. Since we notice it wasn't an afternoon tea booking. We opted for the pasta to share dish. The dishes wasn't bad. We tried the chocolate fondant for afters, that was the biggest mistake ever. I've never ever had a chocolate fondant with the chocolate sauce outside not from the inside of the sponge. And the sponge itself was rubbey at the end of the bill was not worth what we had. I am sure if we had gone to Harrods we would've got better food and better servi than what we paid for nearly £90 we spent on pasta to share lunch with two drinks and rubbery chocolate sponge. The only thing I can't fault was the girl who served us was amazing. I think the12.5% service charge should solemnly goes towards her wage.

A nice place to hang out after walking or shopping. Offers a variety of dishes and sweet treats. Visiting at night is recommended to enjoy the glitter lights of Harrods

Waited almost 30min. No one serve me. Half empty Caffe. With staff hovering around. Other later arrivals received orders. I believe it's due my skin colour and nationality. Toxic and racist environment. It was my first time but no any more. Lack of maintenance and huge chandelier with some not working lights

Went there looking for a Matcha Latte and it was the most DISGUSTING MATCHA I have ever tasted. Barely touched it - the taste made me sick… The drink does not taste like Matcha at all…it taste like fake vanilla flavour with cheap perfume and it also smells terrible…the drinks had a « powder taste » I can still feel it even hours later.Asked the staff if it had « vanilla flavouring in the « matcha latte » and she said yes and barely asked us if something was wrong. We asked for the bill and I told her that the drinks was awful and they should just TELL ON THEIR MENU THAT I WAS MIXTURE AND HAD FAKE VANILLA FLAVOUR. On their menu it is written « organic matcha latte ».She said that people said it was not enough before. Told her they should remove it all together.Another man asked for another drink as well - he had ordered the « matcha latte » he was as disgusted as us.It’s the worst drink I have ever tasted and the service is as bad as the drink to be honest.

A comfortable and grand environment with social distancing under COVID-19. Almost the best choice after busy shopping at Harrods. Delicious food at reasonable price. Very good experience

Well located and have many beaches across the city. One of my favorite in london for a brunch. They have verity of cakes and pastries. They also have a good selection of brunch which is healthy. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. They have outside sitting area. The staff were friendly.

We were a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) seating for 6 wasn't available but staff put together a few seats and made it suitable. Their staff was also very helpful. There was a smoker sat outside and smoke was coming into the cafe area. I asked one of the staff members to close off the door partially and she did. And I havent even started on the food yet.If you do go, try out tea with their almond slice cake. One of the best ones I have had. Both service and food has climbed to one of my top spots for favourite places to have a quick afternoon / evening tea.Csn be a bit pricy, but we'll worth the atmosphere, service and quality of food.

Lovely restaurant. Very cosy and very clean. Loved the decor. We got seated straight away. Ordered English breakfast tea and scones with jam and cream. The quality was very good. Scones were warm and soft. Tea was very hot and strong. Exactly how I wanted. Customer service was bit slow. I only saw 2 staffs working which could be the reason for slow service.
