How ridiculous does it sound? I wanted to use the WC and been told by the barist that i would have tor purchase something. I said yes, fine. Asked him to show me where that is and he made me wait until I paid before let me in. Due to his attitude I left. Shame as I have been a cafe Nero client for 11 years and things like this happen. Def not a very good customer service!

I'm not a coffee shop expert but what I can say it is nice, peaceful and clean. The staff don't disturb the customers peace and there is a spot at the front of the store if one wishes to smoke and have a coffee before they go to work or get some fresh air or something like that. Their art on the walls gives the store a homely feeling and they keep up to date with seasonal festivities in relevant fashion.
