Food was great, recommend the vegan escalope although you'll need some carbs to fill you up! Service was terrible though....it was a busy night. Waitresses were nice enough but not apologetic about the very slow service. Served after other people had been seated, had to wave for attention a few times.

Since the branch at Fulham Road closed down, this has become my next favourite. I especially love the Christmas Florentine with coffee and their sardines!!It's a shame that they have stopped serving their thick hot chocolate. This was the only place in London (and maybe UK) that I could get my unadulterated, molten hot chocolate rather than the milky concoction. We were served today by Angela who was very attentive.Upon hearing my penchant for this hot chocolate, she did manage to bring me my special brew!!!

When we first arrived here we were not impressed. It seemed to take a while to get the attention of the servers. However, our first impressions could not be more wrong. The staff were super friendly and professional. The food was excellent and the set menu was easy to navigate. Thank you Carluccio’s.The restaurant is not too busy before 5pm, after that it starts to get busier. It is very clean and a nice atmosphere. I’m glad this restaurant still exists in South Ken.

We had a good experience at this branch of Carluccio’s. Not a great fun of bread but their freshly baked focaccia with prawns and fennel was flawless. Great customer service from staff ; tidy environs.

Large modern dinning room that makes full use of the natural light via its all glass frontage.The staff were polite & friendly and the service prompt.The food was good and the price of the set menu very reasonable especially as it gives several items to choose from.Recommended for those looking for good quality reasonably priced italian food

Good cafe. Available for working if needed, with outlets close to certain seats. Beautiful view and good atmosphere. Got one of the specials bruschetta, it was delicious!

Absolutely fantastic. Front of house gave us a fab welcome. We got a table within 15mins during a very busy lunchtime. We ordered two course special which cost around £10 each. The food was authentic Italian fresh and delicious. Service excellent. I highly recommend Carluccio's and will definitely be back when I visit London again

First time at a Carluccio Restaurant and it was ok. Visited with three friends. The food I ordered was really tasty, but one of meals we ordered to share was not and it was the calamari. When we told one of the staff, they were kind enough to take it off the bill as we hardly touched it. So, thank you for that.Other than that, I polished off my meal as I was super hungry after an afternoon walking around the V&A. Hence my four stars.For the staff: please clean the seats as well when clearing the tables as ours still had crumbs from previous guests. Also kindly clean the toilets at least every hour as having toilet paper all over the floor is not a pretty sight. Other than that, keep up the good job. 👍🏾
