chapati and karak in Kensington and Chelsea

The karak chai is absolutely heavenly. You will not be dissapointed.I really, really wish I got her name but the blonde, curvy lady with an accent is super sweet. She was recommending me what to get and was just so sincere.May God bless her heart, I wanted to tip her but didn't have any extra cash on me or my card that day because I was in a rush.Thank you Angel, love Ayse Ghorbani.🌹

I always love karak from here. So so delicious. I ordered cheese chapati today but it wasn’t as tasty/cheesy as usual. The service from one waiter was also lukewarm. He seemed bored. But otherwise, a good place for light food and wonderful tea (karak).

Great little place for a hot drink and snack, just opposite Harrods. Would defo recommend the chappati and karak tea.

The atmosphere is nice but the service was quite poor. I ordered a spinach pide (I'm vegetarian) and they accidentally gave me a meat one. I didn't realise until I'd eaten a piece of it and made my friend taste another piece to check. When I told the staff they still made us pay for the incorrect order because I'd started eating it.Food was also served very slowly.

Extremely rude manager, we walked in and we got showed to a booth by a member of staff who was polite,then while me and my friend were looking at what to order, the manager comes to the table and says this is a table for 4 people …Me And my friend confused said that we were seated there and he should bring it up with his colleague, we were so appalled and upset by this that we left. He was ready to start a argument over something we didn’t even do …Man needs to get a new job, seems too stressed there

I go there because I come from the Middle East and I miss this kind of food, but the prices are way too much comparing to the quantity of food offered. The Karak is delicious specially for cold weather.

I always come to this place when in London. After the pandemic things changed e.g. Staff and managements so, food quality changed too!!.Average Karak. Not good chapati at all. Overpriced.The location is the only good thing about it, other than that is just a reputation.

Always enjoying visiting this café when in Knightsbridge, it’s beautifully decorated and ambient. I got the Karak chai and cinnamon chapati. The staff are so lovely and helpful - thank you 😊

The pide was amazing! The beef istanbuli is perfect. The cheddar chapati was good, but the pide was the highlight for sure. Everything is confirmed halal. Great service

This cafe was so good. Everything that we tried was superb, their tea was really nice but somehow similar to the Chaiwala but the price was much higher!
